Very Good
The building is beautiful and in a wonderful position overlooking Sefton Park Lake. It is of particular importance to Beatles fans due to its connection with Stuart Sutcliffe. The staff were very helpful and friendly and our evening meal was delicious
The strength of the electric shower was a bit unpredictable.
The croissant were undercooked

Very Good
The room was a good size. It had a comfortable bed and good shower.
We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was very good and good value for money.
The house had plenty of Beatles memorabilia which was very interesting.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We would have liked more toiletries in the bathroom as only enough for 1 person.
A shower mat would have been good as the shower tray is very slippery when wet.

Location was good for me and the room worked well
No plug sockets to use by the bed and the shower head was damaged. The bedside phone was constantly illuminated.

Very Good
The hotel is really nice, the staff couldn't be more helpful and made us feel very welcome and looked after our dogs as they were royalty. Nicely redecorated room and bathroom
Would have liked some more towels rather than just one bath towel each. We didn't have a hand towel for drying our hands or a bath matt to step onto when we came out of the shower - this didn't effect our stay just details that would help in the future.
