Great location and parking available. I was there for a conference in the hotel . Next to the beautiful Sefton Park . Liked the Beatles memorabilia in the hotel
The prices had escalated significantly because the golf was in Liverpool but hotel was not that busy with golfers . The small outside balcony was covered with weeds and cigarette stubs . Could easily have been cleaned

Good location next yo Sefton Park
Hottest day of the year, we were put in a tiny double room at the top of the hotel with only a sky light and no fan. When enquired if we can have a fan was told all rooms should have one, if not apologies it has been taken. Was told they would see what they could do. But didn’t do anything. Not good enough, if you want to make your customers comfortable and have a restful night sleep and enjoyable stay. We ended up buying our own to fan use! Also very noisy as next to busy main road.

Friendly staff, especially John on reception. Bed very comfortable. This hotel could be fantastic with a few little tweaks here & there.
Bedroom window banging all night in the wind. Had to stuff curtains behind it to stop it rattling! I know you can't change much with old sash windows but I'm sure you can repair it someway.
