It was clean
The weather is warm, no electric fan provided. I arrived late in the evening, since there’s no night service, it was difficult to communicate with them to provide a fan. Badly, i did not sleep well due to weather. A little walking distance from central, however, not bad for the price.

My single room was comfortable. Facilities clean. Good location. Good security. Easy to check in and out.
The door to my room was nearly painted shut. Had to push hard to open it from the outside. Needed to use rope to pull hard on the small door knob to force the door open to leave the room. Good thing I had some rope!

We were locked out of our room when we first arrived. We were never sent any code to get in. We called earlier that day to confirm our stay AND arrival time, which was confirmed by the receptionist, who also said they would send the check in information later… never did. There was no one working when we arrived and the “emergency” phone number they had hanging up was useless. Called MULTIPLE times, no response. Traveling out of the country, would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Thankfully we found an Airbnb close, but if we hadn’t we would have been stranded because of the carelessness of this business!!

It was perfect for what we wanted and at a good price. Only problem we had was the person on the top floor walking up and down all night and into the early hours. Very hard to get asleep with that. Other than that everything was fine

Wonderful
10 min walk from centre/train staition Cheapest we could find for Grand national weekend and it more then exceeded expectations, staff were lovely. Room and bathrooms were nice and clean.

Easy to find location and in close distance to walk to train station. Bed very clean and comfortable.
I have only lowered review answers due to noise of other guests with doors slamming all night. I do understand these are fire doors so it was likely just inconsideration from other guests. The only other problem I had was the state the toilet was left by other guests but there was another on our floor to use, again this was just inconsideration from other guests. No fault to the hotel or staff at all. Many thanks

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect – so close to the city centre, which made exploring very easy. The hostel itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a short getaway. It was an ideal place to stay for a city break!
