Look very presentable staff were really nice we're very informative etc
The bed sheets were damaged and ripped the pillows we yellow the room was extremely warm with no windows to open and a very complicated air conditioning system beds were comfortable but I was sweating because it was that warm in the room

Staff very friendly, very clean hotel, room tidied every day.
Had to book on more than one occasion because between booking.com and the hotel they wouldnt amend my booking. When i rebooked it it still wasnt right… drunken residents battering the piano on the lobby at stupid oclock waking people up wasnt good enough on the staffs part..

The room itself
On arrival I was charged £109 instead of the £59 and was told this was a deposit. This seemed a different policy to the last time I stayed. I reluctantly paid this, yet still await the £50 refund. There was no one at the front desk to talk to when I checked out at 6.20a

Most efficient lifts, never waited more than 30 seconds for one to arrive
Excellent food, both breakfast and food ordered in the white bar for evening meal x 2
The Booking website ? Trivago listed there were Spa and swimming pool facilities. I took swimwear, to be told that the facilities were permanently closed owing to a legal dispute with the company concerned. The staff were aware of the misleading information that what still showing on some websites and had requested for it to be removed, but sadly, this hadn’t happened when I booked.
The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable that I have ever experienced in a hotel. I awoke in complete back spasm and only with great difficulty extracted myself from the bed and onto the floor. I slept on my duvet on the bedroom floor for the rest of my three nights stay, not wanting to risk it again. The bed was too low and the mattress totallym unsupportive for me. This was such a shame, as our previous two Sports Breaks stays were in the Marriott near Lime Street Station and the food quality was not nearly as good as the Radisson Blu, but I couldn’t fault their beds.
