Very clean, comfortable bed with good duvet and pillows.
Couldn’t turn off air conditioning in room which meant I didn’t sleep with the noise.
On arrival I was asked if I wanted to book breakfast. I had to point out that it was ALREADY INCLUDED with my booking.
On departure I wasn’t even asked if my stay was ok or if there were any problems.
I dined in the restaurant on Tuesday evening and ordered fish and chips … it should have been advertised as ‘batter and chips’ as I struggled to find the fish (photo attached).
I’ve had better stays at Premier Inn for half the price and will revert to this in future.
