Decor and atmosphere. The bar, incorporated the restaurant and breakfast area. Flow in this area was poor. Menu was sparse and signs around the building that no cash was held in the hotel, raised concerns about security. I thought the hotel was in the process of going out of business due to the spareness of the reception area. The free water in reception, had two trays, one for clean glasses and one for used glasses. The glasses hadn’t been changed in a few hours even after informing the staff.

Wonderful
Nice hotel with new room. The shower is moderate, not strong but not too weak like many other hotels. The staff is nice and very helpful, impressive.
The parking is a bit far from the hotel and costly, may not comfortable if you plan to leave and re-entry many times in day. The location is moderate, can walk to the dock and Liverpool one in few mins but couldn’t say it’s closed.

The reception smells heavenly and is really airy. The rooms are spacious and very clean, I’m particular about bathrooms and toilets and this one was really clean

Huge comfy beds, well lit and good room facilities
One lift was broken so it took a while to get to my floor and reception because the hotel was busy and the list was stopping on every floor and was full!

The staff at Radisson Blu Liverpool were lovely. The airlines had lost my luggage, and I needed to grab some clothes to take on my cruise which was departing in a couple of hours. They found me an umbrella for the pouring rain, gave me directions to the closest M&S, gave me a map, and told me to call them if I needed help or directions while on my project. Lovely people.

Property is very clean, tidy and a good location.
I can’t get my head around why a UK hotel wants a security deposit and then nearly a month later I haven’t had it refunded. The hotel say they released it, my bank says they haven’t. Bit of a shambles and not something I have had at other uk hotels.

Breakfast was great, comfortable room and bed
One lift was out of order all weekend. Took such a long time to get to a from our rooms. As we were towards the top floor we couldn't use the stairs. Everyone was fed up with the situation

.Air conditioning not working
.only boiling hot water was coming couldn't take a shower in the morening .paid 200 per night and was very disappointed. For replacement of ac they provided fan with a massive noice . The Tv is not working . No windows to open . Asked for one bed and got 2 small beds . Some women hair was on the bedsheet .
