Disappointing
Location was good for the conference but not really for the main town centre.
Very expensive for poor return. Breakfast was poor, not enough staff and refused to make an espresso coffee, despite previously providing this as standard. They say room service is available 24/7 but they just never answer the phone. All you get in your room are instant sachets of coffee and not even a single biscuit. No bread at breakfast and no one on hand to top it up, same with the fruit salad. When I explained my disappointment at check out, I was just told that they were very busy on Monday, but it's not hard to see how full the hotel rooms are and provide adequate staff and supplies for it. For over £250 per night, this is very poor.

Position is excellent for getting to the sites of the city. Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.
Quite expensive particularly if you add parking costs on top.

Car parking could do with more info that you need it stamped to get 24 hrs next door at multi storey discounted

Great location if you're attending a congress at the venue next to the hotel.
The reception could have felt a little warmer and more welcoming.
The showers would benefit from a more thorough cleaning.

Had a fantastic stay at the pullman. Staff were excellent especially Ryan at the bar fantastic staff member. The view was outstanding loved it. Will be back. So close to all amenities local fayre so good.
