Thermostat on shower didn't work, meant we both almost scolded ourselves due to the change in temp from hot to very hot.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. I was only there for a night but would've happily stayed longer! Super convenient for things at the docks or the conference/events areas.
Really nothing, location is maybe a bit of a walk to more central attractions but as I was only there for a night I can't really comment.

The room was very nice. Good lighting, facilities and nice bed. Location was a bit away from the city centre but did not mind.
Breakfast was excellent with ample choices and great service. Credit goes to the staffs to execute it.
The bar & restaurant area. we liked the cabin seating by the front of the reception. Great choice for the early check out guests for more rest and peace after the shopping and before your onward journey.
All the staffs were great and service with smiles on their faces.
the pillows were bit hard. But, Cameron at the reception told me that next time you can request at the reception for additional soft pillow.

Accommodating to all requests. Nice room and view. Good breakfast for £13.50.

Breakfast had a lovely large selection of cold and hot, freshly cooked items, rather than hot buffet food being sat there for a long time, drying out, as often experienced at other hotels' buffet breakfasts. The superior river view room has an amazing and memorable view of the Mersey and Liver buildings. The customer service was efficient, friendly and professional with all bathroom and bedroom facilities providing for a very comfortable stay. I will definitely book and ask for the same room again and recommend the Pullman wanting to spend a memorable stay in Liverpool!
On the second day. I think that the breakfast chef was under pressure and hence we didn't get to choose from the full selection of hot food. There was no bacon, scrambled or fried eggs available, even though we waited in a queue for these for quite some time. However, we understood that these things happen, perhaps a member of staff was sick. This resulted in us resigning ourselves to having a much smaller breakfast - mainly of cold items. This still wouldn't deter us from visiting the Pullman again, as everything else was lovely. Just a minor hitch!

The cleanliness of the property was great and the staff was very helpful. Also the location is very close to the main attractions and the river view contributes to the area being very beautiful.

Great staff, easy check in, lovely room with good amenities and so quiet. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and good time frame. Well located for our plans and would definitely recommend andxwill return.

Location and staff were amazing. Bed really comfortable
Hairdryer blew up. Phone in room did not work so could not ring room service. TV kept switching off mid programme thats when I could get it to work
