Its location was superb. The accommodation was great very comfortable and very clean
Possibly the mezzanine type rooms. Would be nicer more closed in rooms

2 bedroom was ideal for 4 of us - lots of space, privacy as two bathrooms and full kitchen.

Spacious apartment. Beds were comfy. Showers / bathrooms were good. Well equipped
Heaters gave off a smell. A bit dated as compared to photos. Walkable but a but far from city centre.

The apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and just perfect for our us and our little girl to relax after a day exploring Liverpool. Staff were very friendly and personable, made us feel comfortable and felt looked after. Within about 15-20 minutes walking distance of Albert Dock and even closer to high street. Would definitely recommend.
Only one minor fault which was that the toilet was making intermittent noises during our stay (and during the night) which unfortunately couldnt be sorted but the staff did their best to resolve it. Otherwise a brilliant stay for our needs :)

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The lounge, dining, kitchen area was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. Although we didn't need to use it, the apartment also had a washing machine.
We are from overseas but would definitely book again if we are ever back in Liverpool.
We stayed for 3 nights. Extra Toilet rolls would have been good.
We had the shower over the bath with a Perspex movable screen and it was difficult to keep the floor dry.
We didn't like the shower controls.

Location was so central, quiet area, spacious, clean, staff were fab we dealt with a girl called Laura she was so helpful.
The keypad codes were easy remember. Will definitely stay here again great value for money.

It was very clean, modern and quite central, only 5 min from the cavern club. It was 4 of us and there were 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, which is not something you always find! For me it is a big yes!
