We loved the easy check in process, the friendly staff and the spacious apartment with all the little touches. Was a bonus to have shower gel, soap, iron etc provided. The room was so quiet, we didnt hear any other guests. Cleaning was to a very high standard. Great value for money!
The bed was a bit hard for our liking and the room was really warm (although a plug-in fan was provided). Might be a bit too much of a walk for some people to the centre but wasnt an issue for us.

The room could be a little warm but there was a fan provided. it is also up a hill but still easy to walk to central attractions. we just walked down, got a taxi back and it cost 8 between 4 of us. I thought this was great value.

The convenience of where it is located, it's a 5-10 minute walk from everything. The rooms are perfect for weekend stays, you have a kitchen with an oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle so you can cook food/make breakfast if you don't fancy eating out. It's good value for money and the area is pretty quite which is great. It would be my go to place go stay in Liverpool whenever I come over.
The only thing I dislike is the pillows on the bed are very hard, but that could just be me, but other than that there isn't anything I dislike about it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped with cooking facilities, equipment and fridge. It was ideal for my stay while working in Liverpool and I would be happy to stay there again. Convenient location for the city.
There was no bedside table or light and the main lighting was a bit basic.
