Worst hotel ever, I cannot explain how everything is bad, rooms are dry as if you are in an airplane, no water, swimming pool only can be used by prior reservation, toilet is separate from shower room and both are not clean , stains everywhere. No slippers, when requested I was told that for 10 pounds they provide disposable slippers but need to keep it after leaving.

Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were well equipped and very spacious and comfortable. The options at breakfast were brilliant and the pool facilities were excellent.
Although the room was tidy and clean for the most part, the sink in the bathroom had a funny yellow/brownish stain around the plug and there was a slightly unpleasant smell apart from everything was great.

Location was excellent and staff friendly and professional
The rooms were a bit noisy, it's seemed like the seals around the windows have failed and were letting in a lot of noise. Given the city location you expect a bit of noise bit the windows need to be looked at.
Breakfast time could be better, the staff were struggling to keep up with demand for food so there was a lot of waiting around for the food to be re stocked

There was a really bad smell in the shower room , so bad it made me feel sick disappointed with it ruined my stay , bad when you need to buy a bottle of thick bleach to pour down the drain

Location
No access to pool between 0630 and 1130 as “too busy”. Was the only reason I booked the hotel and paid more than the competing hotels. No point if you can’t access facilities. Stayed in exec room that had views of adjoining building gable wall, covered in scaffolding. Buffet breakfast was cold.
