Location was great, restaurant food was lovely.
Bed was too hard, resulting in lack of sleep, some staff were painfully slow in the bar, wasn’t informed of process for swimming pool or bar toilets - Needing to get key verified etc. and needing a key just to use the toilets.

Location
Rooms very dated, Dirty stained carpet, skirting boards very scuffed, rooms noisy from traffic. When I telephoned to ask if rooms had air con I was told they did. Strange set-up for toilet/bathroom have to move areas to wash hands. Changing areas & swimming pool entrance flooded with water & very dangerous. Drinks cooler ineffective.

Location and car park couldn’t have been better located. On arrival the lady was lovely, one of the cleaners was a lovely lady too
Bar staff were a little clicky and the entrance to the property wasn’t that clean with fab butts

Great spot for exploring Liverpool as a family with 4/5 year olds. Little swimming pool was perfect daily wind down. Staff helpful and friendly. We had a double room with double sofa bed and the kids happily slept on that. Fridge in the room was handy. Busy, vibrant area.

Location
We've used the hotel as a family of 4 a few times in the past and we really liked it. But on our last 2 visits now we've not been able to use the swimming pool, which was one of the main reasons why we use the hotel. Don't think we'll stay there again!
