I loved the pool and Safety of staff around the lobby at all times!!
The price of the breakfast was ridiculous 20 pond per person even for our 7 yr old who isn't a big eater!!!

The location of the property was brilliant was walking distance from the train station and convenient for buses and shopping at Liverpool One right opposite the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful
The rooms are dated now needs maintenance doing the bathroom floor tiles were loose and the toilet door handle was falling off. The sauna is broken the pool has missing tiles and there is a lack of maintenance throughout the hotel in general

The location of the hotel was very good and central
Overall disappointed with the hotel. The reception staff were very unfriendly. One of the main reasons for picking this hotel for my son was the swimming pool facilities but the sauna was Out of Order and there were no benches or changing facilities except for a toilet & none of the lockers worked.

Location
At 0130am my wife was sleeping in her room she was awoken by a very drunk aggressive man banging and banging on her door shouting let me in let me in My rang security twice but NO REPLY She then rang the emergency number and eventually after about 30 minutes someone came and spoke to the drunk and aggressive individual whom was shown to his correct room My wife was on her own extremely scared The hotel did not offer an apology
