Exceptional
Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms. They left a card and balloons in our room for my son for his birthday, such a lovely surprise.
Nothing, highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again

Good
The location was ideal, breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly
Shower had a leak above the head, shower screen wasn't water tight and the floor got soaked, no air conditioning, so slightly disappointing for a 4* rating
Thomas (young couple)

Disappointing
Its staff and location, the pool was good to have .
Wooden floor in bedroom, didn’t like having to come out of toilet in shower room in to wash hands, not enough Plug sockets and none with USB connection.
The day the room was cleaned was not up to standard as the floor still had bits of dirt left and the duvet which had a stain on top was just turned over.
Toilet roll of poor quality.
Dining room breakfast of poor ingredient quality, sausage (Hard) and bacon cold, butter open and placed on open tray. Butter, jam and Sauces should be in individual portions. No tea spoons. Not a great amount of pastries on offer.

Good
Location was great. It was near where we needed to go to as well as it is a few metres away from the shops and restaurants.
We arrived around 8 or 9 pm coming from a long commute, tired etc. We were given our room keys only to be assigned to room occupied by another guest. We then went down immediately to be given another room but now the TV isn't working. We reported it and was told no one would be able to fix it till morning. Would've been great to be given another room with a working TV. That was sorted the next day.
