The room was really clean and modern. Lots of surfaces and the fact that we were able to travel with our dog was a huge bonus. Nice big bathroom!
The lift service was poor. Two quite small lifts for a multi storey hotel was frustrating and they were very slow.

Had to request towels twice on day 1 and room wasnt serviced on day 2.
Room door did not lock behind us, only discovered on 2nd day. Fortunately no loss incurred and lock ftom inside worked.

Loved the view!! We had a free upgrade to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. It was a really nice big room. Loved the decor. Separate lounge area and huge comfortable bed. Nice big bath. Ideal location near the Liver Building. Friendly staff.
Cleanliness wasn’t perfect. One sink needed cleaning and coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned out as there was a used pod still inside. Was a bit of dust around. Couldn’t see out of the lounge windows much as they were a bit dirty. But could see out of the bedroom ones. Shower pressure was poor at times. Despite these things we would stay again.

comfortable room and well equipped room had great view across the river
only two reception staff so had to queue Parking....could not locate the car park so had to use NCP ---staff later advised I should have pulled in the the bay outside and made enquiries...the bay is marked no parking!????
