The location was brilliant. Great view of the 3 Graces. Easy walking to just about everywhere we wanted to go.
Nice hotel but some little things needed. Providing some drinking water in the room would be nice. The air con was very noisy & rattling which kept us awake. Without it the room was very warm (the weather was warm).

Location , room and reception staff were great!
The domestic staff was a bit rude, trying to rush me out of the room last day before 10 when check out was by 11. first day cleaning was good but next one not really.

Evening staff could have been a little warmer.
Morning- asked via the WhatsApp if my room included breakfast. It didn’t which was fine but I thought they might offer how I could use the breakfast facilities, price etc

The in room dining menu is just stuff from Iceland! It’s the absolute minimum effort to gain an additional star at best it’s a 3 star establishment. I tried ordering a burger for diner (not an unreasonable request from a hotel room service) after waiting 1 hour I called to check when it would be delivered and I was told that the kitchen is closed and I’d have to order from the late night menu which included “Chicago Town” pizza which I could make at home
