Room advertised as family room,1 double and 1 single for 2 adults and child ie 12yr old,had asked for extra bed as it was available.
Room had 1 double and a fold up bed and that was it.dont advertise what you cant deliver

The rooms have such a fun theme and it is a very beautiful and clean hotel! The staff are friendly and you are in a prime location close to everything Liverpool has to offer!
Unfortunately we had no hot water on our last morning which was a shame and if you choose to park at the hotel car park it is £14 per day which I think is a bit much

Breakfast was lovely. Really tasty food and plenty to choose from. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was spotless

Cheap and good location
Carpet was stained with something unpleasant, air conditioning until looked very old and bulky

Room was spacious and food served to room was good.
The mini fridge stank and was mouldy, we couldn’t use it. There was also missing tea, coffee.

Liked it was local to the docks and the concert arena.
Parking not explained properly until you got to the location and had to call the hotel. I also felt there was never enough people in reception, they always looked like you were asking them to do things outside their job and where always quick to remind you that you cannot check in till 3.
