Really nice decor, very friendly and helpful staff. As we were staying 2 nights we were given the option of a drink each from the bar instead of having the room cleaned on the second day which is a great idea.
The bed was a little uncomfortable- maybe the mattress a little old as it had indents from previous sleepers and it was also quite short - both of us are not very tall but still our feet were over the end of the bed.

The location and how nice it looked inside the hotel
The room we were in had issues, air con was set at 16 degrees but was stall hot in the room, was a struggle to flush the toilet and the shower was only lukewarm even when the tap was turned fully to hot

Location was great, staff was very good, breakfast was very nice.
We had problem in our room which wasn't resolved and made our stay uncomfortable.
There was very strong smell in the bathroom, we asked staff to look into this, staff member came to check but said they might need to call maintenance staff to check next morning.
I think the smell was because of the dirty floor in the walk in shower. It made our stay unpleasant although the room was nice.

Well located with a beautiful view and flat walking access to all of Liverpool’s attraction. The staff were AMAZING and went out of their way to offer assistance or advice.
Our room’s air conditioning failed on Liverpool’s warmest weekend. As we were only there for two nights we chose not to change rooms and they brought us a fan which helped enormously.

Clean and a lovely hotel good location
Aircon was awful in room 214 room was boiling, fan was provided by staff. Apart from that was excellent.

The situation by the docks and pedestrian path for evening strolls. Outdoor seating, pleasant dining room and bar.
Very little. Standard room so no view expected. Bathroom basin drained very slowly.
