It's really convenient for us coming off the Manx boat. The staff are always very helpful and the building feels stylish and comfortable.
Our heating didn't work in our second room but the very helpful man on the front desk brought a heater and some robes up for us.

Superb location and once ongoing works in surrounding area are complete it will be even better. Scrupulously clean and Subaru decor.
The shower was actually too warm to properly use. Which is a pity as it seemed nice and powerful.

Breakfast was not worth the price they charge for it
Staff were very eager to take your plate away even though we hadn’t finished eating it properly the room was cold the air con didnt work properly the towel rail didnt even get warm on a whole the stay was very unsatisfactory

Lovely hotel with a good reputation… check in was speedy and the reception was attentive.. lounge area had been upgraded since last stay which was promising on arrival
No heat in the rooms and when I complained to reception I felt like they heard what I said but didn’t go the extra to reassure us . Nothing was done about the issue and the room was freezing cold
