Once again an excellent stay. The lady on reception was very helpful and sorted out all our needs. The hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance to all amenities .
Just the coffee I’m afraid, sorry but we’re not fans of the coffee bags!

We really liked the decor, the quirky art and the hotel ambience. But most of all, our beautifully appointed suite. Staff were welcoming, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Our first stay but definitely not our last!

Lovely location
Rooms were hot and uncomfortable, furnishings look a little tired. Air conditioning was useless

The reception area was amazing the decor was outstanding. The staff were really helpful.
The room was really hot, the air con didn't seem to work and there was no window that you could open, the room smelt really musty like a horrible damp carpet smell. The furniture had chipped black paint and looked a little uncared for. The carpet was frayed in the doorway. There were foil seals from a previous guests make up, skin care product in the bathroom. Trouble is when you pick up one issue you look for other things. Total shame as I was really looking forward to our night away which doesn't happen often. This was a really disappointing visit to this brand of hotels.
