Good but had to ask for the very loud music to be turned down
The lift was out of order quite a lot and again is it necessary to have music blasting in all the communal areas all the time.

Staff are great room service was slow each day and they offered you a free drink instead of getting your room cleaned each night
Lifts broken several times and £22 for a breakfast in the morning very overpriced considering local cafes where we chose to eat every morning

Great location by water, close to train station. Clean and safe. comfy bed and nice bedding, good sized room, everything nice and clean.
The room was very tired, a lot of the furniture chipped and old. Decor tired too, bed quite small for hotels of this price. Strange shower open design opposite the toilet! £22 pp for breakfast was an easy pass. Not quite the quality I was expecting from this brand. There was a wedding on also at time of stay so couldn't use the rooftop bar which was disappointing.
