Very Friendly and Helpful Staff, Very Peaceful Place to Stay and only a 2 Minute Walk from Both the Train Station and the City Centre.
Mayne Could have Done with having a Lift.

Very central. Friendly staff
Shower did not have cold water as cold 'tap' broken - had to wash hair in sink. No light in bathroom apart from the one on mirror Very jaded looking overall - sad looking and felt very neglected.

First rate in relation to star-rating and price. Excellent value for money.
Only real fault was lift being out of order. This needs rectifying as a matter of urgency.

The staff were excellent first class. Polite. Friendly. Helpful and always there when you needed them. The room was comfortable and clean. The complementary Continental Breakfast was first class and a good Variety And served with total cleanliness

The staff were lovely and accommodating, and had brilliant attitudes. Rooms were clean and a good size, location was also excellent. Cannot fault this hotel one bit - will be returning on our next trip.
