Front desk were very helpful. Room was ideal. Didn't use the bar.
Parking was a bit pricey at 16 per day but even that was discounted from £25.

Location was perferct. Right in the middle of the City Centre.
The room was clean and had all the bits for a dog that was with us.
The tap in our room needs to be adjusted or changed !!!!

Location was great! Room was ready with sofa bed already made for our child, as requested.
The only thing I can think of is that another bed instead of the sofa bed would have been ideal.

It’s location and cleanliness
The breakfast was a bit chaotic. There wasn’t a clean table for us so we had to sit at a table that hadn’t been cleared. There was a lack of staff bringing food out too so the whole breakfast experience took a lot longer than it should. However, the selection of food was good.

The room was very spacious, and very clean, it had everything we needed, we had a great view over the city. All the staff were lovely and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty to choose from hot and cold.
There was nothing we didn't like, it was perfect.

Quilt was dirty with reddish spots. We were shocked how can a hotel like MARROTT ignore this? When we informed about quilt being dirty, reception staff was ignoring the picture i took. Staff was not engaging at all. At the time of arrival i was informed about incidental charges.
