Was in town for a concert, check in was a breeze thanks to Grace. Helpful tips about getting to Anfield. Fantastic location near the station, walking distance from Museums and excellent restaurants

The breakfast is terrible.. They insist you leave credit card details on check in, then unauthorised charges appeared. Definitely not use again.

Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in, even given a free upgrade room, to the moment we left three days later. The best hotel we have used in Liverpool. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely use it again on future visits to the city. Staff, facilities and location are first rate.

The hotel was based close to the train station and town centre and everything was in easy walking distance. The room was big and the beds were spacious and comfortable and the room was very clean when we arrived.
Room service was appalling which was a huge disappointment. Our room was not cleaned and we had wet towels waiting to be changed. I told reception this the next day and they rang for new towels and told me they would be with us straight away but they didn't arrive. I then rang reception from our room to remind them about the towels reception said they would get it dealt with immediately the towels never arrived we waited an hour then had to have a shower with wet towels as we had to vacate the room, we also had an unclean room very disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Location for Liverpool Lime St, comfortable bed, amazing buffet breakfast.
No fridge in the room which was a surprise and disappointment. Furniture and room felt a bit tired and old fashioned.

Although I had asked for breakfast to be included there was no booking for breakfast and they wante £16.00 per day for breakfast. I was woken up three times due to noise outside the hotel in the early hours of the morning
