The bed had so many dips in it it was like sleeping on mole hills. The sink was cracked and nowhere to hang coats

Location, breakfast both good
General appearance slightly "tired".
Unusual not to have usb sockets in power sockets. General hum noise most of time and could not find source. Smart tv NOT...impossible to show programme index. Reception said ongoing tech problem.

Excellent location. Very easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable room, very clean, staff helpful when asked questions. Good choice at breakfast. Useful to have parking right next door which was discounted for hotel guests.
Was very surprised the hotel didn't have an evening restaurant. If you have been out all day it would have been nice to chill out with an evening meal. The bar did serve some food but it wasn't a very relaxing room.

The central location is great and right next to a parking.
Very friendly staff and good size rooms.
I kept hitting The cabinet in the room and came away with one very bruised leg, it was just a bit awkwardly placed.
My other complaint were the pills, they were a bit lumpy.

This is our go to hotel when we come to Liverpool to watch Liverpool play. Never been disappointed. The staff are top notch and nothing is a problem.
