You could hear people walking passed your room door very clearly in the night and doors banging along the corridor. No luggage stand in room.

Reception staff were very friendly, nice and welcoming. Situated five minute walk from train station. Paid 20.00 pound sterling to get one room early before 11am. This was brilliant as we had two kids under twelve and two teenagers with us and they needed to change their clothes.
Issue checking in took a while to find our booking even with reference number. We were told this is happening a lot with just booking.com bookings! Hairdryer would not work on a high setting. Not good if in a hurry. I told reception staff on check out. We were in room 245 family room. Breakfast was nothing special and not like other Marriott hotels we have stayed in. Grand for one night. Queue for the one coffee machine had to ask the manager to get fresh hashbrowns and the honey was empty. We will stay at the Radisson Red hotel in the future.

Attentive staff, large room and big comfy bed. Good location 2 minute walk into the shopping centre.
Our room allocated had no electricity. This was rectified and we were given another room straight away.
