The staff were all lovely along with the location. The room was really clean and spacious. Overall everything I needed for my stay!
Overall a great place but the beds were a little uncomfortable. The mattress was rock solid and the pillows would basically disappear after laying on them for 5-10 minutes. But really good.

Fantastic location for the station and the shops and theatres. Loved the cocktails in the bar too and the flower wall.
The lighting in the room was terrible! Its all done by table lamps rather that any ceiling fixtures and there simply isn't enough light when you are trying to get changed and do your make up to go out or even to read.

Having to wait until nearly 4.30 for our room to become available when we had a restaurant booking at 5. The breakfast restaurant was small and staff were slow to replenish the food available.

Exceptional
The welcome from all staff was warm and friendly. The room was spacious, breakfast was fantastic with a good selection. The dining room staff at Oliviers were outstanding and made sure everything was perfect. The option of having eggs cooked to order was a nice touch and my omelette was the best ever.

The location was perfect. Having drinking water available at lobby was good. The breakfast was very generous. The dining room staff were very friendly and obliging.
Communications between front desk and housekeeping could have been better.
On several occasions we would arrive back and find our room had not been cleaned.
