Very Good
Excellent location, right on the docks and not far from the city centre.
Main bedroom could do with upgrading to blackout blinds as it gets light in summer. Other than that it was a fantastic apartment.

Pleasant
The staff were fantastic. After we had an issue, they upgraded us to a different apartment - bigger and with a nicer view. The apartments were clean, with a great location and nice views.
We had a problem on the first night that I feel I must mention. The fire alarm went off at 1 am. After we found out that everything was okay, we had trouble falling back to sleep. At around 2:30 am, a person jumped onto our balcony from the neighboring apartment. My partner banged on the full-height windows that separated the bedroom from the balcony, and the person went back over to their side. This was very distressing. We called the staff, who were available despite the late hour, and they gave us information to move to another apartment. We were glad that we were (1) awake when this happened and (2) that we had locked the balcony door before sleeping.

Good
Location was great, easy to find and parking nearby.
The apartment had a terrible smell like bad drainage, was difficult to get rid of due to the only windows you could open were the patio doors in the livingroom. Bed is a very small double and very uncomfortable, the heater in the bedroom didnt work which wasnt great as it wasnt great weather that weekend. The communal foyer and lifts were dirty and messy. Food and litter lying about all weekend.

Wonderful
The apartment was lovely - much nicer and better equipt than expected. The bed wasn't the comfiest but for just one night totally fine.
Someone tried to enter in the morning which was slightly odd. Might have been a cleaner or someone with the wrong room either way a bit of a strange experience as it was hours before check out.

Disappointing
Good location near the water. Easy to check in via lock box at door.
For a four star rated apartment it was well short of the mark.
Stains on the floor, kitchen bench and bedroom headboard. Bedroom door was warped and very hard to close. Internal power boards coming off the wall. Lack of internal front door safety lock. Fridge making high pitched noise all night. Bed smaller than advertised and linen was starchy and rough. Front door lock box had been attempted to be opened overnight. The number given to call to organise bag storage upon checkout was not answered on 3 different attempts across a 2hr window.

The apartment was in a central location to bars restaurants and attractions. Just a short walk away to Liverpool Docks.Youcan pick up the ferry that goes across to the isle of man and Dublin. Just a really nice place will definitely come back to Liverpool it has a lot of lovely buildings.
Some of the roads /pavements were hard to walk on in the centre. This is only hard if you are a wheelchair user or suffering walking disabilities.

Exceptional
Very close to the docks, everything was covered like tea, coffee, sugar and even washing up liquid. Apartment was clean and big enough for a couple with or without a small child. Balcony outside, Cleaners were very polite and friendly
No view of the docks, on a main road so it got a bit noisy at times but it didnt bother us.

Great location
Floors were a bit grubby. Bed small and facilities pretty basic for an expensive appartment.

The apartment was only a short walk from the docs. It was good it had full sized fridge & cooker, also clothes washing facilities. There was a small sainsbury's just on the corner. Towels & some toiletries were provided. Also had tea & coffee but no milk or sugar for that much needed cuppa when you arrived.
The furniture was not like the pictures on the website. The sofa was a very small 2 seater that had seen better days as did the bed. There was only 1 of each cutlery & crockery per person. The apartment could of been a bit more homely for the price & full beverage items so you could at least have a cuppa after 3hrs travel.
