The location as we were visiting the m&s arena with our little one
The room its self was supposed to be ready for 3pm, we travelled over 3 hours to get here to be told the room was not ready and they didn’t know when it would be. We couldn’t freshen up to go out for dinner and had to change out little boy in the toilets to get him ready for going to see his birthday present hot wheels live!! And may I add it was his actual birthday too which was a shame as we had planned a chilled afternoon doing some Lego before dinner. The room was finally available nearly 2 hours after the time they told us leaving it too late to even check In! When we returning after the show it was ready thankfully. The room was clean, the beds were very uncomfortable. The worst part was the noise, the noise all night long from drunk people in the corridors shouting and screaming, at one point they were knocking so hard on a door it woke up our son!They then knocked on our door too! We did not complain as we were told when attempting to check in that the hotel was completely booked and therefore we could not locate to a different room! We woke up exhausted! And still had to face a 3 hours after journey home, not ideal!

Location was perfect, good walking distance to the city centre shopping and the docks were a stones throw away.
Bathrooms were dated but functional.

Location, comfort, layout
Work men outside our rooms both days working on roof, heating wasn’t working in our room but we was offered a mobile heater if needed. Wasn’t a big problem.
