Location was great, hotel was clean and staff were friendly
We were opposite the lifts and heard people singing and talking loudly early hours as they were arriving on our floor and two girls kicking off and banging down the door further on up the corridoor but wherever we would have stayed this would probably gave been an issue

The location was perfect for the Albert Dock. It’s very close to the M&S arena, so we’re glad that there was nothing going on there. The was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. The staff is excellent.

the hotel was very fresh and clean, our room was what we expected. Our breakfast was very good, and again the area was very clean and fresh.
we had plenty of room and it was not to busy.
the tables at breakfast were low down, that is my only issue.

The location war excellent und room war clean
Even though I told the staff that there weren’t enough towels and amenities for us, they never bought them. The shower is digital and it wouldn’t stop running. It was quite a problem. It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to use it.
