Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and reasonable size. Hanging space adequate. Great location.
Breakfast. fresh fruit salad needs bigger bowl as always empty. Fruit need better preparation as some fruit too hard to eat. Bacon dried up. Scrambled eggs too seasoned.

Stayed a few times its got windows that open for fresh air so many hotels have no windows or windows that are locked shut this is why I avoid premier inns

Staff were friendly.
Probably reasonable to say the property was quite tired.
A few issues with slow draining sinks and air con controls not working.
