Exceptional
Breakfast was plentiful with lots of different options, cooked breakfast items, pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruit etc.
Staff were all very friendly and approachable.
There was a concert on and our room was right accross from the venue however with the window closed there was no noise disturbance.
Beds were very comfortable and spacious rooms.
The breakfast through the week days mon - Fri ended at 9.30am which is a little earlier than some other hotels Ive stayed in. We were made aware of this at checkin so it wasn't a problem.

Wonderful
When we arrived both rooms were upgraded to executive
Couldn’t lower or switch off the air con in one of the rooms, 3 staff members tried for us at the desk, but still on in the room, must have been a problem. These things happen.

Good location
Buffet Breakfast had a two tier pricing structure, if purchased 24 hours earlier cost £14,pp on the day £17pp, Not good value.
Car parking very expensive, even after hotel discount and a good walk away from the hotel.
Appeared to be well staffed but had to queue for 15 minutes to be served at the bar

Location ideal. Room good. Breakfast good.
Cost of car parking. Although car park relatively near by, the cost really needs to factored in with overall cost. Hotel provide a reduction but stil expensive.

Not a lot of.
Most things breakfast was awful.Food , not enough choice , poor quality !
We were taken to a table that had to be cleaned off while we waited .
Arrived late could not get food ordered room service which wasn’t great ! A ham and cheese roll with no cheese .Poor choice for room service after ten pm .
