Right across from the arena so literally a 1 min walk to the show we were seeing.
Lovely comfortable room and beds. Good bathroom and strong shower.
Didn’t have breakfast but the bar was nice and drinks very reasonable.
Very close to Albert’s Dock with plenty of restaurant/bar options.

Location, 15/20 minute walk to city centre.
Unfortunately, this hotel fell well below our expectations for a supposed 4-star property. At best, I would rate it 3 stars. The overall condition and cleanliness were disappointing, with stained carpets, mould in the bathroom, dented and marked walls, and very dated décor. The chairs looked questionable, the ironing board was dirty, and the cups were chipped and dirty. There were no toiletries provided, no mini fridge, and an unpleasant odour coming from the toilet.
To make matters worse, there were builders working directly outside our window, which further affected our stay.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance and general standards to justify its 4-star rating. We expected much better and would definitely not return or recommend it based on our experience.

Good location at a fair price. Nice staff overall. Good facilities and parking nearby was convenient with a hotel discount of 30%
Air conditioning system was broken in the room which meant we couldn't turn it off. Fortunately they did give a discount to compensate.
Also they served a couple of incorrect meals on the restaurant,
