Great value and location minutes away from the Lime street station. Staff were kind and attentive. Many restaurants, bars and Liverpool attractions nearby. Most travelers respected the shared spaces. The common living room and kitchen were nice. Booking.com allowed me to stay for 3 nights for 53 pounds which really helped stretch my money. I chose to share a large room of 10 beds that had plugs to charge devices and privacy curtains after I read the reviews of the smaller rooms not having privacy or plugs. I felt safe there as a solo traveler and would stay here again if I make it back to Liverpool.
One small bathroom for 10 people to share was a bit difficult and smelly. There was one other bathroom close to the reception area when the bathroom in the room was occupied.

friendly responsive staff, quick checkin. comfortable beds, air was fresh in the room. Convenient en-suite bathroom, handy big kitchen, living room, handy lockers, very central to party area (still quiet), nice restaurants & supermarkets

In room showers were fantastic.
Laundry was advertised, but not provided. Normally, this would not be problem in other cities because there are places to go to do laundry. Not true in Liverpool. The nearest facility was a lomg way away and very expensive. The laundry facilities need to be repaired. Given that they have beem out of service for some time, the advert needs to be updated.

The feeling is like you are home, kitchen is clean and have everything you need.
They offer free coffee and tea. If ask for help they do at once.
We arrived early so they took care of our luggage while waiting for time of check in. Also kept our luggage after checked out.
Nice place, full of interesting people and staff.

I really loved the location of this property as it was quite close to the city center. While not the best quality, it did have everything you would need for a short stay.
This is definitely a property where you get what you pay for. While it has everything you would need, the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, and there was little to no privacy. The beds are quite cheap, so they make a lot of noise when moving around, which does not ensure a great sleep. This was an okay place for a short stay, but I probably would not stay again. But then again, you get what you pay for!

Cleaner had wedged the main door to the room open, in which people who walked through the corridor would see me laying in bed ? Never experienced that ever in my whole life. Obviously I wasn’t best pleased. I’m sure a lot of people would have felt the same way.
