Place was excellent, clean and comfortable. Very central location, its Beatles theme is a gorgous touch.
Breakfast was not included. Place was excellent, only thing the car park is behind the building and you have to haul the luggage for about a block, also car park is paid everytime you leave.

Parking was not on site and instructions were hard to follow as there is 2carparks didn't like the fact that the Aircon didn't go below 18 and was poor when high 30s outside

Great location near the Cavern Quarter. Cute interior design with Beatles theme.
The A/C did not work, so it was uncomfortable. One of our rooms had a bad musty smell coming from the bathroom.

The front desk woman manager was very nice and the hotel, though small, is charming. Room was tiny but clean, Evening staff did help bring down our luggage for departure.
There was construction on the street where hotel was located…and no taxis would come and pick us up early morning to catch our train to Brussels…we are seniors and I use a cane and we had to drag our luggage about 5 blocks on cobblestone streets to train station. Only fast food places to choose from near hotel When I booked, inquired about an elevator..no elevator but said staff could help with luggage. That didn’t happen and my husband, also elderly ,had to navigate very steep winding stairs to our room. 2 “ full “ beds were actually very narrow twins….and I ended up falling out during night because I tried to turn on my side.

The location is excellent, a short walk from city attractions with many cafes and restaurants and the Metro line just around the corner. The room was quiet, big enough for 2 to be comfortable. Decent coffee was available gratis 24 by 7 from the self serve machine in the breakfast area. Staff were always helpful and friendly.
Breakfast foods could have been a bit more substantial for my tastes but not bad all the same. The capsule bathrooms are perfectly usable and spotlessly clean but squeak a bit when opening doors and shower screens. The 2 lifts are quite busy serving 8 floors and you wait a bit.
