Excellent location and great easy parking
The room we were in was an end room next to the stairwell. 324. We had a water trickling sound all day and night, maybe when people had a shower or used the tap in their rooms, the water was going past our room making it hard to sleep at times.

Location was perfect for sightseeing attractions. Breakfast was ok, although the choices in the continental breakfast was extremely limited and very overpriced for what was offered
Breakfasts. Parking also an issue as it would seem that the parking is open to everyone and not just guests

Breakfast - didn't use it. Too expensive.
Weatherspoons was 10 minutes walk away.
The booking system is rubbish because it was not easy to use and it makes it extremely difficult to have a telephone a human being who can talk about queries.
Try publishing a phone number so that potential customers can speak and ask questions.

Mainly the location . I stayed for a conference. Close to the ICC/ FLEX and walking distance to centre and restaurants .
Staff were nice .
Managed to find parking on site (£11/night and then hourly at £1.5 after check out )
WiFi was horrible and almost non existent.
Not helpful esp of you are attending a conference and need stuff done . 4G/5G connection was not great either.
Got offered smaller room this time with 2 single beds which made it uncomfortable.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. Location is perfect very near to all the amenities. room is not a big size but this is perfect for us. easy to travel to this hotel and the restaurants and shops are within the walkable distance.
Room size is little bit small and there is no oven in the room.
