Location was excellent, directly opposite the Albert Dock and 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city. Room was fine for our requirements, if a little small. The bathroom was clean, with a decent shower and lots of hot water.

The location is good. Very close to city centre and the docks.
The room was absolutely tiny. I was there for Bruce Springsteen concert and the price was shockingly high.

Ibis Albert Dock Hotel was so great including excellent room service, soft beddings, pool table to play, indoor and outdoor seatings to relax, fresh air and have some drinks and chats and the views of the Royal Albert Dock.

Excellent location with parking. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean.
The rooms were extremely basic, with only two bath towels and no hand towel. Whilst it had been cleaned, the carpet was stained from years of use and it felt very dated.

Great location just by Liverpool waterfront, nice clean hotel. We use this as a base to go and explore the city so didn't spend much time at the hotel but each time we came in we grabbed a complimentary latte each. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food. The staff were friendly.
The room was quite small and the bed wasn't that comfy.
