Kind agreement by reservations manager to accept last day cancellation of second night
Kind, happy staff.
Parking and access for offloading and loading luggage.
Asked for room with easy access for disability issues. Got last room at end of corridor from lifts. Stairs down to restaurant.
No porter assistance with luggage. 4*?
Trendily modern (?) but gloomy "cold " ground floor public space. It's OK to be cool with colour and warmth.

Great location, friendly staff, hearty breakfast, comfortable bed and spacious room, nice shower with good water pressure, modern facilities overall. Also nice with a complementary mini bar, although the fridge itself goes off when the keycard is not inserted which is a bit inconvenient with dairy products and warm drinks especially in the summer days...
Although the room itself is quiet without any machinery noises, there's poor soundproof as we could hear doors slamming from other rooms in early mornings and next door neighbours movement in their own rooms. Cleaner did not clean the room thoroughly for example floor in the bathroom and hallway was not cleaned at all, water and milk for tea/coffee were not refilled. When we checked in on the first day there's only one bathrobe. No toilet brush.

Central location- we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Modern decor and very clean.
Parking - although we had discounted rate through the hotel, it still cost £30 for our stay.

Very comfortable hotel, loved the breakfast and the great indoor/outdoor seating areas for conversation and drinks. Nice clean rooms. Friendly personnel. Easy walking distance to all Liverpool attractions.

Location good, it was very quiet, beds were clean and comfy, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!
The room was absolutely boiling, we could hardly sleep as the only cooling we had was from a barely cracked open window. The shower was also boiling hot, and a horrible fixed rainfall style shower which is not convenient when you don’t want to wash your hair! The furniture in the room was also quite worn and could do with an update.

The only thing that redeemed this hotel experience was the staff at breakfast , they were hard working , excellent service and always smiling .
Hotel corridors reminded me off an old travel lodge or hospital . Flooring in room was damaged . Rooms where very basic . It was a long walk to the room from reception . Key card stopped working so again a long walk back to reception to solve this matter .
It’s not much cheaper than the titanic hotel, a far superior hotel which next time I will make sure I book in advance and stay there . Regards to only a small price difference I do not think this hotel can describe itself as luxury on booking.com so I do find this very deceiving .
