Happy with staff, location and hotel
Would have liked more variety of meals in the restaurant. Had to leave early due to illness but no refund of lost day or eating plan offered. Did not request this due to feeling unwell.

All good perfect location and quiet.
Despite all felt it was expensive for what it was particularly with breakfast being extra. Also thought breakfast was no more than satisfactory for the price paid.

Hotel in a great location with easy walk to town centre and waterside. Discounted parking at the NCP car park. Plenty of choice for breakfast, and very well cooked.
The evening menu could be more tempting, and the high price of drinks prevented us from making a second visit.

The rooms were not adequately heated. They changed my room due to this then changed me back as all rooms the same. They then gave me a standalone heater. The service in the restaurant was terrible. Staff chatting to each other and not serving the four tables of customers. It took 30 mins on a Thursday night for someone to attend to me to take my order. Staff could not be bothered. I have stayed in this hotel 20+ times and I will not be back. Such a shame.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good-sized pleasantly decorated room, comfortable bed.
The rug in the room could have done with a better clean. Raised it with reception who were very apologetic and took it up with house-keeping.

Great comfortable beds and lovely waterfall shower. Very quiet and relaxing room. Excellent location in city centre. Friendly knowledgeable reception staff.
Hardly any dairy alternatives or non pork alternatives at breakfast. When I asked for sourdough I was told It would have traces of milk therefore I couldn’t have it. I said I was fine with sourdough but this was refused. You should offer non dairy yoghurts, and more protein rich options at breakfast. Fruit salad would be great.
