The only thing that redeemed this hotel experience was the staff at breakfast , they were hard working , excellent service and always smiling .
Hotel corridors reminded me off an old travel lodge or hospital . Flooring in room was damaged . Rooms where very basic . It was a long walk to the room from reception . Key card stopped working so again a long walk back to reception to solve this matter .
It’s not much cheaper than the titanic hotel, a far superior hotel which next time I will make sure I book in advance and stay there . Regards to only a small price difference I do not think this hotel can describe itself as luxury on booking.com so I do find this very deceiving .

Staff were friendly , location good
Heating didn’t work in bedroom . Handyman couldn’t fix after trying for two hours. USB port didn’t work so could charge phone . Duvet was too small for cover so I was cold.
Corridor carpets are badly stained. Dining room chairs are dirty and heavily stained. Had to move rooms annoying having to wait around while handyman tried to sort.

Check in was friendly and efficient, room service was good.
Bar was terrible, tried to serve Gin in a wine glass and had to ask for lemon, plus they seemed to have an aversion to clearing or cleaning the tables.

No room service
Front office staff are not welcoming or even smiling. I have asked for nice view they said it's not possible then I have asked one hour late check out and they refuse and asked me to leave even before 12noon.

Clean hotel and central location and convenient for the ferry from Isle of Man. Room was pleasant and comfortable. It was okay for two nights.
In some rooms you cannot open the window as our friends experienced it. Breakfast arrangement and reception need some more improvement with smile. We were not lucky with early taxi booking either as the hotel failed to book it a day before as we requested.for the airport. Fortunately we left enough time to get to the airport so waiting 25 minutes didn't cause a major problem.

Location and smell of atmosphere. The breakfast is decent and good service.
Staff not refill the shower gel. So I asked at the counter they said no stock there. So I had to wait for the room service on the next day.

Location
The room safe was not connected and was not repaired over a two day stay plus left side of room remained in darkness….reported both needs twice but nothing fixed. We hade to carry our passports and foreign currency in our bags
