Location is perfect if travelling by train - hotel is opposite train station and close to shops, restuarants, pubs etc. Family room was spacious and breakfast is super.

Location is fantastic - central and close to Lime Street train station and the Christmas market. Clean if slightly worn. Nice room - quiet with comfortable bed and mattress. Tea/coffee making much appreciated. Helpful reception staff when requested additional bedding.
For the price - albeit lead up to Christmas, I feel that breakfast could have been included.

Clean, comfortable room and bed. The hotel is very clean and well-kept.
No heating in the room. Aircon broken on one of the coldest nights of the year. Asked for a heater at reception, to be told that one would be in the room later that evening. This didn't happen, so had to find one.

The beds are very comfortable but not so nice shower room equipment
Our kid threw up in the middle of the night. We informed the staff and the staff came, gave us gloves and new sheets and left. We had to do it by ourselves.
