We liked the way the whole staff looked after us..A warm welcome by all.
Travis was excellent in the dining room and bar, a very friendly young man. Reception brought us a heater when we told them we were a bit cool in our room. The room was clean and comfortable.
The food was lovely, dinner and breakfast.
The location was brilliant, so near to the station and walking distance to the theatre, shops and museums. We felt well looked after and we would definitely stay again!

We were a bit cool in our room but when we asked the receptionist, we soon had a heater put in our room. Our advice is if there is anything you aren't happy with just mention it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The air conditioning wasn’t working and one of the reasons we booked this hotel. It was quite noisy.

The hotel is directly opposite the train station so in an ideal location. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely.
There was still rubbish in the waste bin in our room.The bath was very low to the floor, I had difficulty in getting out of it and also very small.

The room is spacious. The hotel's location is extremely convenient—easy to spot from the station and close to shopping areas. The staff is lovely and very helpful.
There was a noticeable amount of dust on the bedding. While the breakfast was good, the lack of menu variety became a bit repetitive for our family during our multi-day stay.
