The location, the restaurant view
There was a couple of issues with the tv, bathroom and heating but didn’t bother the staff with it as overall we love the hotel

Fantastic area close to the town centre plenty to do plenty of places to see museums and eating out all in the vicinity of the hotel. Very friendly people fantastic love the place will be going back. Thank you so much for a great weekend.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, very good location right next to railway station, direct bus from the airport, supermarket in the same building, nice view from one of the top floors.
One of the lifts was out of service, which occasionally caused waiting time. Almost no vegetables served on breakfast

Very Amazing time in Liverpool Hotel was right opposite the train station if you like a view of the night life book a odd number room we were even which was great as well
There was only one lift operational but these things happen other then that Absolutely no problems or complaints
