Location is perfect, walking distance from everything Room and bed was cosy and comfy and clean The doc view was worth the extra money breakfast was good too staff were all friendly and asking questions about our day

Great location on the Albert dock, with a great range of bars and restaurants, and shops and cafes right next to hotel, and all within walking distance to main shopping mall and main attractions, ie the Cavern, highly recommended. The Liverpool wheel is also right outside the hotel. If travelling by train to Liverpool Lyme Street station, it is only a short 15-20 mins walk to the hotel
The only issue we had, was the room we had, and also the room next door, had terrible creaking floor boards, if anyone was walking about in the next room it was really annoying, especially when our neighbours were early risers at 5.30-5.45am the rooms were 202 and 203 in question, but don't know if any other rooms were the same. Room was probably getting to the stage of needing an update, especially shower area, but still pleased with what we got for the cost

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was much more spacious than I expected for a Holiday Inn Express, and it was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is excellent, right on the Royal Albert Dock and within easy walking distance of many of Liverpool’s main attractions, restaurants and the city centre. I also really liked the character of the historic dock building. There was a little noise at times, but nothing that significantly affected my stay. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient hotel and better than I expected. I would happily stay here again.
