Perfect location within walking distance of all the tourist attractions, lots of restaurants around the hotel, hotel is a converted warehouse and very tastefully done keeping all the old features, overlooks Albert Dock and Liver building, Breakfast was lovely and lots of variety, would definitely stay there again

It was situated in Albert Dock near everything .Breakfast was good plenty off choice and staff helpful.
Room was dusty i put the fan on as there was no air and I was covered in dust it was also on the light fitting could see it flying around .also the windows where filthy as it faced the Dock spoiled the views and a bit off a letdown. The maid knocked the door 2 times woke us up at 8.30 the came back at 10 and we were not checking out untill 11 a bit off a pain .

Location we chose for our requirements as we know the area very well. Breakfast was very good, however would like a continental option i.e cold meats and cheeses. Room was as expected and suited us.

The hotel has an excellent location right in the heart of Albert Docks, offering a beautiful view of the river. The housekeeping service was great – the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided every day. The room itself was sufficient and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay overall.
There are two things that could definitely be improved. The first is the quality of the breakfast – it was honestly quite poor. The ingredients seemed to be of the cheapest quality, and the food consisted of typical heavy and unhealthy English breakfasts. There were no vegetables, no cheese, and overall the food were exceptionally unappetizing.
