Great breakfast. Staff all good. Clean and well attended.
The lighting in room wall very poor and didn,'t like the big poll next to bed. The outlook from the window was great and also not far from bus station. The thing that I didn't like the most was no restaurant. I was looking forward to a nice meal having come from Glasgow and had to go out for some food. For the money paid that was poor.

The location was nice — the famous docks of Liverpool.
The dirty windows made the whole nice view pointless. Everything you can see through the windows now is filtered with a heavy layer of dust, like they never clean it. The bed was extremely small, and kind of dirty.

Location was fantastic,
Staff were not as friendly as on previous visits. Just seem to be just going through the motions. At breakfast on our second morning not one table had been cleared - it was pretty disgusting that we had to eat with dirty plates and cutlery on our table. People were having to pile up dirty plates onto other already full tables just to make space to eat! Staff made no effort to clear.
