The location was perfect for our needs. Staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. Room was lovely and comfortable, a bit too warm but the fan in the room did the trick. Lovely shower and toiletries were a great bonus. Breakfast was amazing, filling and the staff there were very helpful too
No bottled water in room. No plug points next to the bed for charging phones etc- maybe look into usb ports. Not enough tea or coffee and no hot chocolate on the tea tray.

I like that the staff was friendly and welcoming, great size room, great value for money Excellent variety of breakfast, cleanliness 10/10 great housekeeping service. I would recommend hotel inn express to anyone who would like to stay in liverpool, beds was really comfortable. Great selection of drinks at a reasonable price in the hotel bar

Good location on our dock and part of history. The breakfast was ok although the crockery could have been cleaner as it felt as though it hadn’t been rinsed properly.
The bed was just a double and it was very soft. I think it had been well used and needed a new mattress.
