The location is perfect for Liverpool One, plenty of shops and restaurants near by.
We felt that the breakfast was very hectic and the staff not very helpful at all.

The location was incredible and the staff were helpful
The tv was too small, there were moths in our room and al lot of moth holes in the lamps and curtains. Definitely needs modernising

The efforts from the staff to make us feel welcomed and comfortable was outstanding and the little anniversary card and petals on our bed were a lovely touch.
Cost of the drinks meant that we didn't make use of the bar/lounge area.

It was in a decent location and quite comfortable
It was nothing like the pictures you see when looking to book the hotel room. It’s dated and dirty at present which is a shame they use deceiving photos to lure you in.
