Rooms were worn out, not well maintained. AC was not cooling as well as it should. Even bottled water had to be paid for. This isn’t humane.

The only thing good about this property was its location.
I expected more from a Hilton property. The rooms were not clean, not updated, did not have all working plugs, TV channels were limited to times of day or not at all accessible, there were moths in our room on the 4th floor, there was no fridge. My allergies were triggered and made worse by the old carpet. I went to use a spoon to feed my baby and it was dirty. It dropped on the ground and I later found the spoon back on the tray after they claimed to have “cleaned” which is disgusting. The lighting was also very poor.

Location excellent. Very clean room. Bed very comfortable.
The reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming. The man who checked our luggage for us was lovely. Gave us a map and some recommendations of where to go
