Great location, very easy to get to, lots to do close to the hotel.
Air conditioning was very poor. Rooms very warm. There are much better hotels in Liverpool for the same price. Hilton is well overdue a renovation, it’s a very tired hotel. The outside seating area was filthy, full of litter, staff not clearing tables, such a shame as it could be so nice. Hotel is in a very prime location, but has gone down hill now, while so many new hotels have opened.

Great location, very clean and comfortable with most of the things you need including iron, safe, hairdryer and toiletries. Television with Netflix etc, coffee and tea as well.

The location was excellent.
The description on Booking.com did not match the room: the room did not have a fridge ( fortunately I didn’t need to store any insulin) or any newspapers or magazines as described, and the “view” was the stones on the large balcony with some discarded pieces of wood or cladding of the hotel right outside our window.
When I raised this with reception they said it was wrongly described by Booking.com and not their fault, but did not offer any compensation- not even a drink even when I’d said we had brought fruit etc for the fridge for breakfast and had to throw it away.
In addition, the bathroom floor tiles were loose, the shower over the bath had 2 broken knobs and although it was clean, for a 4* hotel, The room was very clean but the room was very basic and needed an update ( or at least a biscuit!)
We usually stay at the Leonardo hotel but thought we would treat ourselves to the Hilton, but we will definitely go back to the Leonardo next time we come to Liverpool, where we do get biscuits, bottles of water and often other little extras!

Location and the bed was comfy
I asked reception 3 times on August 23rd to turn the fan and the ac to a lower setting. The evening was very uncomfortable, very warm. Reception did provide a fan but it was useless especially when the bed was so high.
Reception said the parking was £15.00, it wasnt.
It was £25.00. Simple facts should have been relayed. I selected on booking.com to have breakfast. But this was added on and we had to pay seperately. I would love to come back to Liverpool but the Hilton was very disapointing
