Breakfasts were amazing. Loved the made to order omelet. The chef was excellent. But the best part was the dinner menu. My friend wanted mashed potatoes with her steak instead of fries and they easily accommodated her. She loved her steak and raved about the peppercorn sauce that accompanied it.

Great location. Room a good size.
Lack of air conditioning. Asked for a cooler temperature (as per instructions in room) but nothing was done. Pillows were terrible (stuffed with mostly air) and shower was pathetic in terms of water pressure.

Lovely staff who were very welcoming and informative
Executive room could needs with a little upgrade on the furniture
The executive lounge he was a bit shabby and felt grubby
Glass tables hadn’t been polished all the glass was streaked and the area under the coffee machine was dirty

The staff were nice, hotel was clean. And it was a great location.
The only fault we had was the aircon didn't work. The room sat at about 30 degrees. Which was very uncomfortable. Especially as it was a warm evening outside also.

This is a superb location both for the excellent Liverpool One shopping complex, but also for the historic Albert Docks.
Breakfast offered an exceptionally wide choice of cooked and continental dishes. Very good quality coffee too.
The receptionist who booked me in was one of the best I have come across in any hotel.
That I was only able to stay one night?
Parking at £25 a day is rather expensive, either on the premises or in the adjacent Q Parking garage.
