Wonderful
The staff were very helpful regarding our late arrival and responded promptly to our potential flight delay. It was very reassuring to have 24hr access available. The ensuite was nice and big, with a lovely shower.
It would have been nice to have tea or coffee facilities, but it didn't matter, with the cafes nearby.

Room was clean and well kept and bed was decent, location was very convenient to central Liverpool. Staff was very kind.
The outlets in the bed weren't very good, all my plugs kept falling out of them. But the big frustration was that I rented a woman's only room, I confirmed by email that this was a woman's only room, and on the third day of my stay a man showed up. I and the other woman who was in there checked with each other to see that we had both been told it was a woman's dorm, and we mentioned it to the front desk. They were very apologetic but the next day there were two different men in the room, so apparently it wasn't a woman's room after all. I was told they had vacated the usual woman's dorm due to remodeling and I understand that those things happen, but in that case just don't offer the woman's dorm. I have stayed in mixed dorms before but I do prefer a woman's only when it is available for safety reasons and it was quite frustrating that I was told that this was a woman's dorm and then they had three different men in the room. Some women for religious reasons cannot share a room with men so it would really suck for someone in that situation to be told they had a women's room only to have multiple men show up, same for people with trauma. I think it is better to just not offer the woman's room if it becomes unavailable for whatever reason than to tell people they have a woman-only space and then not actually offer it.

Muy bien ubicado, cumple con limpieza, e instalaciones básicas en función del precio está bien.
La habitación estaba justo al lado de las escaleras y el elevador, era algo ruidosa. Estuve solo un día y pocas horas, no fue un problema para mí aunque para estarías más larga solo tendría en cuenta.

Location is great. Had our own bathroom! Fresh towels every day!
There is a big kitchen which would have been great except there were no pots, pans, toaster etc. Just a fridge and microwave.

The bathroom was big, almost bigger than the room itself. Location is also quite central which is good as you can walk to city center and docks. Was fairly clean as well so no complaints there. Quite quiet, but not sure if it was by design or not too many people in it.
Rooms are small and there is no Air con or any sort of ventilation, window opens for 10cm into a wall. When we went, it was 30+ degrees outside which made the room into an oven. An overpriced oven as well at more than 100£ per night. It was the worst experience in a hotel I ever had.

The purple overhead light in the pic was usually turned off, and we used natural light instead. I was the only female in a mixed dorm, but we all kept to ourselves. I thought the location was great, the bed was clean and comfy, the blackout curtains were good, and that the privacy/safety exceeded my expectations. The desk was actually 24/7 too, with someone helpful and friendly seated there every time I passed by. I liked that the staff came in to clean daily and that this place didn’t have any bedbugs! I also liked that the beds had personal outlets with a USB option. It’s still a bed in a mixed dorm hostel, so it wasn’t lavish living, but I’d definitely stay here again.
The lockable cubby above my bed had a broken latch, so I just used it as a shelf. There was some cosmetic stuff too, like a bent curtain rod and a broken side table, but those didn’t bother me. I guess the only unsafe thing is that my ladder was wobbly, but I was personally fine with it.

Nice staff , good location and clean bed But for me I will not stay on a hostel again , the customers for hostels became so bad all over the world , noisy people eating and drinking inside the room , they don’t know what’s the different bettwen dorm room and a private room
