Close to all Liverpool has to offer. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Our room had a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet which I haven't come across before. Would stay again.
Can be a little noisy but understandable due to the City centre location and bar downstairs. Awoke early due to what sounded like barrels being delivered but slept with the window open due to the heat.

Excellent location Not the cheapest we found but well worth paying that little bit extra 2 bathrooms for 3 of us was brilliant
Wish we had realised before morning if we had taken the card out it would have turned the air conditioning off but nothing to do with the hotel.

Very close to everything smack bang in the city centre ... staff were all so friendly and helpful.

Can not fault the breakfast it was very hot and fresh the waitress was lovely the location was great close to everywhere we wanted to go
The rooms are badly needing a bit of refurbishment the mattress on the bed room 29 was absolutely terrible the curtains were off the hooks just not a nice room if they spent a bit of money on this hotel it would be really good .

An absoluley terrible experience from start to finish,the Manager was a discrace ive stayed in lots of hotels in liverpool annd never have I been treated so appaulingly. I was told after been out all day for my 50th birthday that when i came back said I coulnt have a drink that i was drunk. I was far from it We had been out for a meal and had a bottle of wine I was upset with how Id been treated and was told to Leave the hotel.and that my money that id paid for £274 would be refunded. When i checked my bank it hadnt been so i Rang the hotel to be told i woulnt be getting a refund as they coulnt sell the room I went to see the manager he said if you dont get out of the hotel im ringing the police. A complete and utter idiot. Im am now going to the small claims court.
