Great location for the airport. Comfortable beds, room spacious and clean. Friendly staff, credit to the hotel.
Breakfast served till 10am, went down at 9.30 it was adequate. Outside bench seating needs to be secure to the floor not stable for larger clients. Also clean the glass on the windows etc, on the outside, first impressions make a difference.

The closeness to the airport
Everything else, it’s dated, hard to find the entrances, been before and had ripped bedding, it’s extremely over priced because it’s the only one on the site but it’s frankly disgusting. The fact it’s a Hilton is embarrassing

The Night Staff aaron and carly was amazing they made us feel so welcome after the little hiccups we had they certainly cheered us up they are the most lovely kind people the room with the view was amazing

Please please please please Please please please please do something about your food
Or put a microwave in the rooms so I can buy something to eat and cook myself
I ended up buying a takeaway like I always have to do. I constantly hear other people complain about too just buy listening.

How close to the airport
Air conditioning was lock on the room was cold however they did offer to move us but we decided to stay as we were only there for a few hours, they even offered extra blankets
