Location
The bedroom was hot. Air conditioning noisy but doing nothing to cool or vent the room. The door handle to bathroom was broken. The windows did not open. There was no coffee in the room. The shower head was loose. The bed was small. There was no comfy chair. The bar could not accept payment, drinks had to booked to the room. Bar service was poor. £50 deposit is taken from your card and you have to hope it will be refunded even if your room is not in tip top condition.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Safe wasn’t working. The breakfast was mediocre.

Great location for the airport
There was a limited menu at the hotel, which i understand, perhaps they didn’t have a chef. But it wasn't mentioned at check-in when they talked about the restaurant. Three olives in a hummus and mixed olives dish does not bode well. The pizzas were frozen as well which was a shame.
This is an international hotel and it's not good enough.

The location of the hotel was excellent for walking across the road to the airport. The lobby was bright and welcoming. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The shower room was a good size with the products being good quality (i.e. shampoo, body lotion, etc.). The staff were friendly. The seating areas in the lobby and restaurant were very comfortable. The food in the evening was tasty and a great portion. The offer of a late check-out was a bonus.
The hotel bar was a bit disappointing, it shared the space with the hotel reception and the choice of drinks was not great. We could only pay with card and not cash. The breakfast was also disappointing with a limited hot food, cereal and fruit choices. On the day we were there only 1 coffee machine worked which caused a queue.
