Good security, needed room card to access lift. Staff were very helpful.
Location was good for exhibition centre.
Breakfast was ok, some egg variety would have been nice.
Mugs are too small and need to have more supply of tea, milk, sugar etc.
Pillows were lumpy.

Very friendly staff and great location. There’s a well equipped gym which is open 24 hours a day m.
The breakfast can be improved. Needs better fruits and cereals selection. Not many healthy options available.

Hi I really didn’t like my experience at this hotel the staff only seemed friendly with white guests the breakfast was awful and the coffee tasted like water during our stay the rooms weren’t even cleaned and on the last day the staff didn’t even want to speak to me they were very rude and unwelcoming you could see them smiling with white guests and then their attitude changed completely when speaking to me

Nice room.
B fast nice. Maybe eg alternative eggs eg poached as an option.
Hash browns - could be cooked more but that’s just my personal taste.
More milk and tea in bedroom.
Inner door card swipe did not work I e the stairs to the floors next to lifts ground floor. Meant to mention it and forgot.
No extractor fan in bathroom but did use fan etc in bedroom
Underground parking etc very good.
H good security to scan room card before deleting the floor in the lift.
More milk and tea in room.
More well done hash browns and other egg options. Breakfast overall very nice.

Good location in between cut and Albert docks. Quite hotel.
Breakfast was very busy Probably need more room for the breakfast . Rooms aren't the biggest. Not that fancy but clean and tidy. Elevator has a mind of it's own.

not good eating under a stair well ,not good for health and safety
