Breakfast a bit manic, wasn't particularly hot, just scrambled eggs no fried or mushrooms which is probably what I'd expect on a full English - sausages looked uncooked, not browned at all

Bed way too firm, uncomfortable. Couch was a pull out bed but didn’t have a mattress in it so the couch cushions were not supported and the couch was useless.

Location in town was good. Across from Albert dock. Room had view of docks and lights. Breakfast each morning was included. Gym wasn’t crowded and decent lift situation.
1-no heat. The room was freezing and the heat was not functional. It only made noise. Front desk essentially said not their problem. Here is a cheap space heater. They did bring me a blanket. 2- the most ridiculous shower setup. Literally no door or curtain. Water goes everywhere.

No housekeeping during our stay , slow or no response from the staff example I have to come down to request for towels but at the end I got nothing
No one helping me with luggage to be taken off the car

Location was excellent
Breakfast was poor. Tasteless . Asked for a fried egg instead of scrambled but they didn't serve us. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. No mini fridge in the room. Plus no shelving or cupboards enough.
