Location was great.
The parking sucked!!!! A marine had to park our car for us b/c it was too tight. He lived in the building and said everyone deals with it. What the hell? Our best stay was in a Marriott in Birmingham. You’re missing the mark!

I chose this hotel as I was attending a conference at the LEX Convention Centre. The location was great - easy to get to the venue, city centre, and nearby shops. There’s also a bus stop nearby, which was very convenient coming from the airport. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
The only minor downside was the breakfast. The food was good, but the choice was a bit limited, and the breakfast area was quite small, so it could get crowded later in the morning.

Cigarette bin outside overflowing and not emptied for the 4 days we stayed which made rubbish overflow onto pavement. Only one lift working. Shower and sink drainage needs sorting as water backing up

Good location close to the Albert Docks. Breakfast included was very good. Affordable, safe parking on site.
The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were quite hard (not sure if this is just the norm in the UK vs US?) which made it tough to sleep.
