Pillows are too soft and no good for side sleepers. Need to have an option for a firmer pillow. provide one soft one firm for guest to choose which is their preference. Never enough lighting near the mirror for putting on makeup

Excellent location in a really nice area of Liverpool where you’re within walking distance to the Docks and Shopping area. Hotel was clean and comfortable with no issues. Rooms were basic but to be expected, still think it’s great value for money.
If you choose to utilise the car park it does come at an additional cost. I believe we do get a discounted rate but it was still around £40 for us to park for just over 24 hours which is expensive. It wouldn’t put me off staying again however, just something to be aware of.

The hotel is solid but not worth the price. We paid about 230 for a Saturday night. This is more like a hotel you would pay 100-120 for. In fact stayed in Manchester in a similar hotel for 100 last week. The window did not open, the sink blocked and the toilet was flushing all night. I’d also say it wasn’t that clean
