Breakfast was very good.
Parking was very expensive and need more lifts. Just 2 lifts for the number of rooms was just not enough, especially around breakfast time.

Location is absolutely brilliant the staff are extremely friendly and helpful room was immaculate and very very comfortable tea and coffee facilities I love that it's a nice wee touch that some places forget
A wee text message from Daniel just to check everything was ok and I was happy with my room etc that was a really nice touch and after travelling all day waiting for my room to be ready a lovely cup of coffee
The staff who we're in the kitchen wow I loved them guys they we're so much fun and so warm and friendly sorted my milk out for my cuppa and told me just give them a shout if I need anything else
The receptionist both that poor wee lassie who I'm guessing was ready to pop (baby) and the young guys were super duper thank you everyone for a wonderful time in a wonderful hotel with people who seemed more like friends rather than staff

The breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice. The room was clean and the main bed was was comfortable. The view over the Mersey and Albert Dock was great to look at on a morning. The location was ideal for the tourist attractions and getting the bus from Liverpool One up to Anfield. The staff on reception and in the breakfast area were extremely friendly and helpful.
The breakfast area was too small for the size of hotel. The price of parking was far too much, even with the hotel discount: £43 for 1 night. The sofa bed was poor quality.

Excellent location for getting around the city centre rooms were spacious and it was easy to check in and out.
Car parking at the hotel is expensive at £22 per day and rooms were cold at night and trying to control heating didn't work

Very good slot of choice . The seating area a bit cramped but overall very good.
Did not really like view from bedrooms but for a 2 night stay it was fine.

Location is great. Car park is perfect. Like the gym and the bar.
Bar was a bit pricey. Would be nice to have fried eggs at breakfast. Only scrambled was being served.

Location is great and rooms were clean
Beds were not very comfortable, the spring mattress specifically on the sofa beds had edges that left a scratch on my kids as they got off the bed. We visited during school holidays and it felt the staff was overwhelmed during breakfast but overall did their best to help, direct and provide veg sausages upon request
