I wish it wasnt named city centre hilton as its confusing Was quite far from the city centre to he called city center Breakfast area was little small for the capacity of guests.

Room was great. Handicapped room that was well laid out for wheelchair user.
Restaurant was lacking most items. Nearest restaurant is McDonalds. Very crowded breakfast area. Good breakfast, just not very much space.

It was easy to commute to all major attractions from this hotel ...and the facilities were all good . There is parking underground and discount also. Hotel staff friendly and breakfast so good ??

Hotel is at the prime location, close to all local emenities, docks and city center. Breakfast was good. Not had much interaction however, reception and kitchen staff was friendly.
Domestics did not even bother emptying the bins second day. A tissue box was left empty from the day one. Bed was really hard, feels like an orthopedic bed, not comfortable at all. Parking was really expensive.

Location was great.
The lobby and all common areas need a deep clean. Including the courtyard outside the bar/restaurant. Grungy and overdue for cleaning. The outside courtyard blowing around with trash and even a homeless person sleeping there while multiple staff simply went out there to smoke every 10 minutes. Lots of staff but no one cleaning. Lobby restrooms smells like urine badly.
