Non existent face to face check in process. No air con in the room. Bunk bed, to bunk nearly touching the ceiling.

Location
No tea or coffee facilities in the room. I had a double room and the windows faced on to Matthew Street. There wasn’t anyway to block out the music. The Kabbanas did supply ear plugs but I found that I couldn’t sleep with them in either. At the end of the day, it is a hostel so no frills accommodation. It did me for one night and I did have my own bathroom.

Location was great - centre of everything
The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom wasn’t nice and avoided it as much as we could. Coffee machine had no coffee in the whole time and was just being told to try again later

Location was central, staff were helpful.
It had a very small shower room with broken curtains and accumulated water. I stayed in peak summer, so it was unbearably hot; only one small stand fan was provided for 4 people, which was not enough!!!

The location is fabulous! 10 min walk from Lime street station, right in the middle of pubs, bars, shopping but not too loud that you can’t sleep, modern decor in the room, easy check in and out with a digital key and app

The location was great, a few minutes walk from the train station. Soundproofing was good, when the window was closed the room was quiet even though it's a busy area.
Place was a bit dirty, both the room itself and the ensuite bathroom. It was very hot as there was no AC and the window could open only a bit (there were planty of fans so maybe when it is a bit less hot outside it's better). The paid luggage storage (3 pounds) wasn't a private locker, it was a room that everyone who'd paid could enter.
