Clean hostel, helpful employees, good location
I don't like their check in process, it would be nice if they had a chair and maybe a desk in the room, and more places to hang clothes. If you are looking for the ability to cook, no kitchen available. I am sure it gets loud at night in the summer, because you are very close to lots of music, but the weather wasn't too hot, so we could close our windows at night, which helps with the noise. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Great location - handy for everything. Free bag storage before check-in which meant we could make the most of our time in the city without carrying luggage with us. Free tea and coffee downstairs - I took my Yeti flask and it was great for filling it before going out for the day. Comfy beds and very clean rooms. Staff really helpful and nice. A bit noisy later on, but to be expected due to central location - I liked hearing the hustle and bustle outside - it reminded me how conveniently located we were.
That we were only there for one night. I would have liked to stay longer and will definitely look at Kanbannas is other cities.

Absolutely abysmal. Extremely expensive for what it was at nearly £400 for three nights. Small, noisy, no Tv, no tea facilities. Not like the room I was lead to believe we were having.

Location was fantastic in the middle of the nightlife area of Mathews street and shopping areas.
Nothing really but can be very noisy at night until the bars and clubs close 2/3am.

Loved the location. Loved the communication ans ease of check in. Loved the comfy beds and pillows. Loved the 11am check out no rushing Loved that we got a breakfast bag from using booking.com. Most of all loved the price
The noise at night right in the heart of the music strip they did provide ear plugs but doesnt stop the noise. Was very very hot no heating was on and coyldnt keep the wondow open due to music noise

The location in Matthew Street was spot on . The shower in the room was amazing .
Breakfast on the go was abit disappointing it Got less and less each day. Tv remote was not matching the tv and could only watch 1 channel . Coffee machine closed off in the evening .

The staff were very helpful. My room was perfect (305). Then the location was great, just a 3-minute walk to my exam venue.
The noise from clubs and pubs within the area because I came on a Friday, but there were earplugs in the room.
