The apartment was stunning and the bed was so comfy. Loved that there was a cooker etc as it gave us the option to cook if we wanted. Location is near everything.
Needed extra toilet rolls in cupboard or something as ran out after one day somehow

Cheap for a Sunday night 46.
Room was ok, smaller than we thought considering it was advertised as an Appartment, just a room and En suite. Also was on the top floor, No information about access, no lift for less able people. Toilet flusher was broke and sink taps were loose. No soap or shower gel in room either.

Its location and its being on the top floor with a rooftop seating area with rattan furniture
Initially the property looked quite luxurious. However there are some issues which we brought to the managements attention. The kitchen sink tap is very loose and felt like it could come off. One of the toilet bowls is coming away from the wall and is very loose. There was definitely a rodent in one of the bedrooms and appeared to come from inside the partition wall. We only heard it so dont know what type. Areas of the roof terrace have begun to sink (near the patio doorsd ) which didnt feel great when walking on it. Im sure all these issues can be sorted and then the apartment will be lovely. Its certainly in the right location.

Absolute nightmare!!!! Very dirty and like faulty towers!!! One member of staff was extremely helpful- Roodey but Georgina was awful, argued with us in the street and we had children with us. Was ment to stay here for two nights, it was mouldy and stank of sewage. Was a nightmare, travelling with small children and 15 of us looking for another property

Accessible location & good looking rooms *on the surface!*
We stayed in apartment 25. The most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept in, the oldest, lumpiest mattress with no lumbar support in the slightest. One very thin pillow each, no additional pillows in wardrobe. Unclean bathroom. Tea & coffee tray wasnt topped up, no spoons, no milk. Contacted number on booking but got no answer. Just shabby. Booked to be closer to airport for flight, yet got no sleep due to the AWFUL bed. Not even personal preference of selection of mattress, just clearly hasnt been replaced in years, springs in your back & sags in the middle. Wouldnt bother booking this place again.
