Location is excellent, staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean/functional
Appreciate its a more budget style but a coat hook in addition to the limited clothing hooks would have been great. Also only 1 pillow each provided in the room, had to go to reception for extras, not a big deal but in other hotels the extra bills are stored in the room.

Room was small, there was no free coffee or tea, you had to buy this from reception, but hey ho, for a one night stay it was still nice, wouldn't stay longer than this though.

Room was a bit small. But okay as a base. Curtains could use a clean. Bed linen could be checked for ink marks. Maybe 4 pillows instead of 2

Central location and helpful staff who listened to us and tried to help us. Good value for money.
The bed was horrendous, the springs were broken at the edges which made the bed really lumpy and uncomfortable. We told the staff and a guy came up to look at it and he agreed that it was broken and gave us a duvet to help cushion the lumpiness but it didn’t help at all. The bed sits on a plank of wood. No kettle in the room and you had to pay a pound for hot water out of a machine at reception. The rooms were noisy even through windows you can’t open but this was understandable as we stayed on a Friday night.

It was a last minute booking. Good value for money just for one night. Got a upgrade. Staff were lovely. Room was clean & comfortable. Definitely stay there again
