Room too tight, should have really only been a single room, not fit as a double, no bath mat toilet brush lack of towels just poor facilities all round.

Liked the location, very central, easy to get to places.
The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Didn't sleep well at all. The pillows were flat and the mattress was so tough. The bed is also tiny and even though it's a 'double' I'd actually say it's not quite that. There were two of us but I'd say it only really sleeps one comfortably. I know it's budget but it is very compact, no table or chair, or even shelves no other furniture apart from the bed.

Staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. Confortable bed.Great location, right in the city center. Perfect for short stays if single guest
Room very small. Bathroom has glass walls, no intimacy. No toilet brush.
Multiple guests must leave the room together otherwise you're left in the dark ?. Coffee on reception only, for a fee.

City center, amazingly central location, excellent price, very accomodating and friendly staff, incredibly easy "no-fuss" stay and check in/out system. Room was good value for money, clean and perfect. Zero issues.
Bring water, the air can get quite dry - whether this is because of having windows that don't open or not, unsure. You wake up very thirsty.

forcing people to stay under 23 degree set air conditioner is not sustainability or caring for the planet! I almost caught cold, no hair dryer in the room in 2025? come on?!

Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a free upgrade to a room with a window, for giving a 5-star Google review. That was pretty sus, but i took the free upgrade and was pleased. The bed was okay. I thought that the water pressure & temperature were fine. The soap smelled good and treated my skin well. My brother and i only stayed one night, so our one towel each was acceptable
The location is good, close to the pier and gives a good taste of the Liverpool night life.
The bathroom was creepy: glass wall, plus a hole in the door where a handle should've been. My brother and i were also displeased with the fact that there was only 1 pillow each on the bed; we would have liked to put 1 or 2 extra pillows between us as a barrier. Could we have asked for extra pillows at the reception desk? Idk maybe but anyway the fact that there was no table was also super annoying. There's a place to get (free) hot drinks by the reception desk, but we can't very well drink them in our rooms if there's barely any room to set them down.
Unfortunately the 10am checkout didn't work well with the 10am opening times for most of the museums lol.
