I liked the staff, and the bed was comfortable
Only this I didnt like but wasnt much of a inconvenience was when you ran the water the pipes banged in the wall

The staff were really lovely and the location is very central, within walking distance of most places in the city centre. The room was really clean too.
The mattresses are very hard, I wouldnt recommend if you have issues with your back or anything.

Location was good and the price was very reasonable.
TV was a good size for the size of the room.
Air conditioning was controlled from the bed which is nice.
Room was clean.
The rooms are crazy small, barely enough room to stand and get changed.
TV was difficult to use.

They gave us a room that practically not even the carry-ons fit into. I'm not exaggerating. The toilet was dirty (disgusting, more than dirty) and the sheets were dirty. A disgusting hotel

Disappointing
In a very central location and accessible to main places of interest in Liverpool
The room although very clean and bed comfortable I've never stayed in a room this small.
There wasn't any bedside tables to put belongings as room not big enough to accommodate one.
Very disappointed that in room no kettle or drinks were included
There was a coffee machine in reception but at a charge of 2 per drink.
Also only 2 coat hangers were available fixed to wall as no wardobe.
The parking description in original booking stated NCP carpark to be used to enable a discount to be used. I spoke about this to reception and they said oh you are in wrong car park we use Qpark now. I asked why this information wasn't in the booking information and the reply was it's not up to them to update website.
He gave me a 25% discount code to use in the Qpark but this is only able to be redeemed if you book in advance and must be done online.
The parking overall was worse than shoddy.
Needless to say that I won't be staying here again
