Breakfast was adequate but food was not replenished regularly. Coffee not a nice brand

Wonderful
Well situated for all Liverpools attractions. Very comfortable,clean and smart. Very friendly staff.
Thought the £25 fee to use the Spa a bit excessive. Would have thought it could have been complementary or at a reduced rate for residents of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent.
I paid for an upgrade to a deluxe room which wasn't deluxe in anyway. Our room was not cleaned in the two days we stayed there. The room was close by to a nightclub which you could the loud music till 3am which made it impossible to sleep. When we raised these issues with the manager I was promised a refund for the uprade charge I paid to a so called deluxe room, the manager told me the refund would not show up as from the Hilton hotel which i found strange. Over 24 hours later there has still no sign of the refund.
