Good location , nice inside, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Good air con
The outside noise was very loud at night, can hear all the music from the clubs and bars etc which made it hard to go to sleep. Can’t open windows in the room. Breakfast was £44 for two people which I think is a lot considering it’s just like every other hotels buffet breakfast , nice though.

It was very close to the Cavern Quarter, which was where we wanted to visit. Had a mixture of old and new areas, loved the old lift and displays of olde world typewriters etc.

Given a room which had recently had a water leak and had a dryer operating . Complained and was given a room for the less abled on the top floor with all the paraphernalia for the less abled. Poor.

No free female products - had to go to Tesco Steps to the bedroom, not given any notice of this and was with elderly mother and had lots of baggage- no offer of assistance
