Good location. Lovely bedding. Nice staff.
Leaking shower, very wet floor. Visiting with mum, who has Limited mobility. Dark dark room. Poor tea tray for price of room. Breakfast was disappointing, empty dishes, hard pastries and cold, soulless dining room. For the premium price we paid, we were very disappointed with the hotel.

Great location, right in city centre and close to train station. The bathroom was so clean, robes and slippers in room. The building is beautiful. The warm cookies on arrival! 2 doors to our room meant no disturbance from corridor noise/other rooms coming and going
Pillows, all 4 of us did not find them comfortable, too soft and not supportive to head/neck. Only gave enough milk and tea bags for 1 brew on arrival and left nothing for our morning start. We enjoyed the spa at £20 pp

Perfect location in the city centre but not too noisy or in the thick of things! The furnishings and decor are gorgeous. Breakfast (paid extra) was exceptional!
The rooms Didn’t have USB charging points. I don’t expect to pay over £200 per night and not be able to charge devices. The rooms Didn’t have bottled water, or any water available at reception when we returned back after and day and night out at 23.25hours. We went to the bar and the female member of staff told us that she had closed the bar. There was still a couple Drinking in there. The information leaflet we were handed at reception said that the bar was open until Midnight on Friday and Saturdays. And we had cut our evening short to return to our hotel bar for a nightcap. There was no vanity set in the bathroom. I would have liked to have used a shower cap. When I took a towel out of the bathroom shelf the shelf fell down.
