Nice staff, solid central location. The spa attached was a well deserved bit of chill although £20 for 1 hour is expensive for hotel guests. Comfy room and a huge, lovely bathroom.

Nothing really very dated rooms looked nothing like the pictures have proof
It’s advertised as a spa hotel. The spa isn’t actually part of the hotel it’s a separate business. It closes at half 5, I checked in at half 5 so completely pointless and there were about 4 other better and cheaper hotels available plus the WiFi didn’t work

The use of the pool was £25pp per hour, no way am I paying that price, it should be included in the stay.

Location waiter jo breakfast was nice even though ran out of things and had to wait around plus scrambled egg should be available in stead of ordering it
Bedroom ok not worth the money we paid tho tv didn't work it wanted us to set it up to watch and bath panel coming off no USB ports

Staff were helpful and very friendly room was very comfortable
Coffee machine in our room was leaking and I felt possibly dangerous as made an noise when I tried to turn on, I feel like this should have been checked as the PAT test was in Dec 2025 I did alert reception

Very comfy bed
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The shower in our room was cold on both days, despite someone kindly coming to try and fix the problem. As a result, my daughter didn’t feel able to wash during our stay, which was quite upsetting.
I also found that the carpets in the room appeared dirty, and one of the chairs had a broken leg. In addition, the coffee served at breakfast tasted burnt.
