The room was big, comfy bed, good
It's just an observation.
One lift was broken the whole time. The another one was working, but some people needed to use stairs.
I was there for 5 days, so, i think they need to look after it.
But, i could stay there again.
The price for the place was good enough.

Comfy bed, decent wifi.
There's a reason they call it a "Concept Hotel" but don't tell you what the concept is. It's disappointment as an artform. I was 6 floors up and both lifts were out of order. Staff barely seemed to care, never answered the phone from the room and made no offer of assistance even when I mentioned I have a bag leg. (What they call the 5th floor, by the way, is actually the 6th as they oddly name one a "mazannine" instead of numbering it as a floor - though it's separated from those above and below it by just as many stairs!) They advertise a bar they simply no longer have, and have stripped out and closed, covering over many of their "bar this way" signs but not all of them, so I still wasted time following some of them to find it. There are now signs inviting you instead to buy drinks from the vending fridge in reception. It was quarters empty. Soundproofing in the room is so poor that from 6 floor up I was still kept awake by the lat night bass-beat from a pub on the street below.

-Better than expected for a cheap hotel in the city centre.
-Clean, comfortable, good location… good in general
-Rooms were a bit noisy but nothing unmanageable
-Shower soap wasn’t refilled

The facilities were fine room was good size
A fire alarm went off at 10.30 in the morning no one came up to explain what happened or why. Due to being woken up in such a way me and my partner were both in shock. We then went back to sleep due to this and were then charged for a late check out
