Location.
Filthy sink
Mattress collapsed and covered in blood. Couldn't sleep. Left at 4am instead of sleeping because it was impossible. I have contacted booking and the hotel with photos. Horrible.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Brought the little man (3) for his first trip to liverpool and is a perfect hotel as a base to explore the city. Quiet hotel with the heart of the city take a left and the docklands take a right. Overall very satisfied and no issues. Special thanks to the guy on the desk a gentleman indeed!

Great staff at check in. Clean room & comfortable bed. Quiet despite location.
Not much apart from the carpets being stained in the public areas.

Location right in the heart of the city. Nice comfortable big beds, and air con. Don't get that much in the UK. Lovely staff. Right next to the train station. Will stay again for sure.
