Few mins walk away from liverpool centre
Bed sheet was just thrown on not even tucked .Not enough towels left in room amd they dont use hand towels..lots of stains on floor curtains...

The hotel is not far from the docks and you can walk to a lot of places the cavern about 10 mins away
That they put two single beds together to make a double so middle bit not comfy where it’s joined

Central to everything
Only one lift was working and it's a very busy place. It has a bar but it is not functioning. We where there for four days and the room wasn't cleaned once and no fresh towels.

5 meters away is Liverpool James station, 11 minutes walk in the shopping moor. Best credit to the valuable cleaners. 24 hours check in is amazing, helps store luggages, close to the pier head for Museum and Liverpool Mersey cruise. Beatle walk, Liverpool One…

Very central location, adjacent to the city centre and the Albert Dock. Partnership with Q-park on the Strand was great for discounted parking nearby.
One of the two lifts was out of order so a minor inconvenience getting to and from our room on one of the uppermost floors.
