To be very honest and not entitled, they did have a coffee/tea making machine and coffee but not tea and milk…

Great location and good bathroom and great shower.
Poor breakfast and bad layout in bedroom.
Breakfast was included in booking but had we paid 12.50 each for it as priced we would have been even more disappointed. Very Poor selection of items for a continental breakfast. The restaurant also felt grubby, the chairs for example had not been cleaned for a while.
On the bedroom - light fittings on headboard where your head needs to go, had to move bed meaning slept against the wall.

The location of the hotel was good. The bed in the room was good.
Breakfast could have been better. There was no hot breakfast. The hot surface was empty. The breakfast was definitely not worth £12.50.
They din have water bottles in the reception area.
One lift was out of service.

The location is excellent beside bus station and all main attractions like Mathew Street etc all
About 6 mins walk away
The lift is a joke it really needs to be repaired having to use the stairs all the time is not east
