Very warm n cosy bedroom, especially during this storm. Great to come back into a warm room when it was so cold, wet and windy out. Nice spacious room. Nice staff. Excellent location. In the middle of city centre. Will deff stay again.

The location was perfect near Liverpool One shopping area and next to the metro + in the area there are a lot of restaurants as well. Not to far away from Albert dock and the Exhibition centre
The mattresses were not comfortable and we were in a double room so I pretend we have a king mattress not singles.

I have stayed in this hotel the last few times I have travelled to Liverpool with the family.its a very safe and friendly hotel and also very quiet which is ideal as I travel with small kids. The staff are amazing and always very polite and accommodating. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

It’s central for everything that you need pubs , docks & city centre
I’ve had better stays there the room could have done with a tidy up looked worn in places, the one mattress was so uncomfortable so we turned it over and it was completely ripped and damaged. We reported it and nothing got done . Very noisy at 1-2am in a morning with people coming back shouting and slamming doors

Loved everything
The mattresses felt like bricks and felt like they had holes in when layed down, felt like you were laid on just the base boards of the bed.
