Wonderful
The hotels location was good, everything I needed for visiting was very handy. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful.
The room was a bit too big for me on my own, not really a dislike so much as a preference!

Good location,but all you need is around you,tesco 24hour few mins walk,pub across the road,weatherspoons,does the job,hotel was clean and tidy
You can't open the windows in the room,so no fresh air,also at night time there's a few undesirables,knocking about outside of hotel,apart from that,the place was sound,

the location was perfect..the room was spacious with facilities
I did not spend good time there , the AC was broken and the the room was too hot . I reported that immediately once I checked in. Nothing happened as the person who checked the AC confirmed that it is not working , as the night went by I asked if any solution could be provided and I was told that I can make a complaint in the morning but nothing could be done . At some point I was offered a fan that did not show at all !
To make things worse , the next door resident started screaming and souting at 0300 am and 0530 -was under influence- and started knocking on doors naked ! the staff sent someone to check on him at 6 Am.
the bathroom was not too clean as some hair was on the shower bay

we were able to check in prompt and with ease , great reception staff . excellent location for the concert we were attending at the m and s arena . very clean and tidy room and very comfy beds
carpets in the walkway areas are very stained and could do with a deep clean

Finally, air conditioning in my hotel room! After the hotel hell experience at Ropewalks Hotel (no AC), this was literally a cool change. The staff was friendly and informative. I liked the central location right next to commuter trains.
There was no food and drink available at the hotel.

The room was comfortable with lovely large single beds. The picture of a jazzy dog was fun and the view from the back of the hotel was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The location was exceptional!

We asked for more tea bags and milk and they did not arrive so we went down to reception to collect them. We were surprised there was no safe or loo brush. However this did not matter as we did not need them.
