I have found on booking.com at the last min and able to grab the good deal
Location is ok only the problem I have faced to park my car at the other car park and pay extra money for that still I grab the best deal on booking.com so did not bother at all

The room was good in regards to the bed lay out for a family. Breakfast was in the pub next door (The young lady did well in the pub) However there was a large tour group of 56 people in for breakfast and the set up couldn't cope and it looked like a load of kids had been through for breakfast (long wait)
The bathroom we had was shocking. We were put into an accessible room which meant no bath for the kids. The shower its self was not good. There was a bracket on the wall with sharp bolts (must have been for a seat or something but nothing there) There was a large drain grate on the floor under the shower for the water.
We also had to ask for the shower gel etc to be filled as they were empty (poor service / eye for detail from house keeping)
