All good apart from location.
Location. Room was located on the roadside which is a dual carriageway. So very noist, had to ask to be relocated. Additional charge to be provided with a quiet room. Doesnt state anywhere that if astandard room is booked, it is automatically on the roadside of the hotel. Neither does it say that it is extremely noisy ay mst times of day or night.

Evening meal excellent, breakfast very good staff very friendly. We stayed there once before and the food and staff excellent. And the entire house lace spotless
The b d bottom sheet was not tucked in for some reason . Plus the bathroom products positioned in a fixed bracket on the wall makes it very difficult to to get the soap liquid into the bath .

We booked this with 20 minutes notice because of a disgusting AirBNB.
The Employees at Crowne Plaza were friendly, polite & professional.

The spa facilities were amazing.
Our room was on the 1st floor although we were warned upon arrival that there was a function on. It would have been nice to be informed before we got there where our room was due to the noise level as the music kept going until half past midnight.
