Wonderful
Interesting place, spacious, clean, good connection to the city centre. Breakfast was sufficient. There is a shopping park very close to the hotel with restaurants and cinema.

Comfortable beds, good shower facilities, fresh linen and nice large towels, very friendly and accommodating staff, tea&coffee facilities with hot chocolate for kids and cold water in a mini fridge.very clean room and corridors, nice bar and good looking lobby. Close to the airport and shopping centre with cinema and food outlets just across the road.

We have stayed at Crowne Plaza many times and has always been a lovely and Comfortable stay . Would Highly recommend .Looking Forward to our next stay .

Location and historic feel about the building.
Breakfast was lovely too.

Very friendly staff, large towels that felt quite soft . Very clean and a lovely woman gave us an extra fan as it was so hot!
Shower over the bath - not good for arthritic knees. Would ask for walk in shower next time.

Good location, the staff.
Very dated and no air conditioning with windows that don’t open properly, it was far too hot for me and my family. Made the stay really uncomfortable.

The hotel and facilities were pleasant for the price paid.
The air conditioning system was not operational in the hotel as the room booked was a room with air conditioned room. window was small and the can provided was a static small fan which did not rotate and provide adequate airflow around the room. The bathroom door did not close in the room without force from the inside.

Check in staff told us breakfast was until 9am but was actually 11am so we had been told incorrect information and missed out.
No air-con in the room as apparently broken, so room was unbearable! Had one small desk fan that was useless! Whole family unable to sleep due to no air and room being like a sauna. Was happy to leave!

Great location for shops, restaurants and quick taxi to airport
The only downside was the hotel air conditioning was broken but we were notified in advance and our room had a fan which did the job. Luckily the weather wasn't too hot.
