Disappointing
No Air Conditioning was working and after asking this had been the case for over 2 weeks. There were desk fans in the rooms we used. We were also not told about this whilst checking in but found out when we entered our rooms. Also £.40 tourist tax...... I live in the City.......
No Air Conditioning. Staff who did not go out their way to put the customer first. Breakfast ran out of certain food and took nearly 15 minutes to replace (beans and scrambled eggs). No discount for the obvious issues surrounding the Air Conditioning and instead was still charged the full rate.

Very nice building and rooms and staff very nice. Good location for airport and restaurants in shopping centre opposite
For second time in two years we arrived to be told air conditioning in rooms was still not working and not clear it ever will be fixed. . The hotel has only limited window opening in rooms and closed corridors. In hot weather extremely uncomfortable with only small fans provided on request. No attempt to open up corridors and get fresh air. Staff are very nice but not always effective - old food trays left outside rooms for several hours for example and missing supplies in rooms.

The car park
I booked a king room and it wasn't available, all room types were full. I was given a room with no opening windows, no air con & no refund offer for the room I booked. It's really poor I can book a room type and then it's not available. The bar had very little stock and whilst the reception was air conditioned the rooms were roasting hot. Room looked nothing like the pictures. If I didn't arrive at 11pm I would have checked out and gone elsewhere.

Only somwhat the breakfast.
Well from where should I start. We book the hotel two months ago because it was air conditioned. Air conditioning is really important for me because I have sleep apnea and need a cold room. Anyways after only reaching at the hotel , we came to know the air conditioning is not working. Abd it was so damn hot in the room. The receptionist said, that we can open the window and there will be fan in the room. Well the window is really small, and the fan . If i can blow a air it will be more faster and cooler then the fan. I can see now from the reviews many has been updated before about the no air conditioning situation but for us , they didnt inform us anything. Also the reciprion was never manned. We have to wait everytime and even look for them when ever we are at the reciption. . Not going there anymore at any cost.

Location
Chaotic check in, got told we can find alternative accommodation as they’ve been so busy. But this had been booked months in advance.
Our room had been used by someone before we got in.
Air conditioning wasn’t working, no fans available either. Got given a ground floor room and could not open windows for fresh air.
A really stressful experience.

Location was good and staff were friendly.
The air conditioning is broken in all rooms and even though there was a fan put in the room the heat was unbearable. It was 19oc the day we arrived and the room was so hot. I got out of the shower and was unable to dry my hair as the room was too hot. Hardly slept as the room was so hot. Very disappointed.

Close to bars and restaurants fairly near to the airport. Staff was friendly, welcoming & very helpful. The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.
We was told before hand that the air-conditioning wasn't working which wasn't a problem as we was supplied fans but it did get extremely hot at one point in the night, but again we was informed well ahead of our stay which was good.

It was close to the retail park which had good facilities.

We had breakfast on first morning, we left it till 9 am to eat, unfortunately I could not get what I wanted, as I was told there were no more left
Although our room was comfortable, there was a dog in the room next door which kept barking, also there was a lot of water gurgled noises coming from the bathroom during the night
