Good location
Very old. Bad smell in the room and bathroom. Very old furniture and window didn’t open properly. Noisy during the night, could hear people talking in other rooms. No air conditioning, very uncomfortable.

Staff and hotel were lovely great location right by Speke retail park.
When we arrived we were told that the air conditioning was not working around the hotel and the offer of lolly ices and cold water are available in reception area. That is all well and good when you are in your room then do you have to walk down to reception to get these things. Hardly got any sleep at all as very very warm in our room even though fan provided which wasn't any good at all. Window opened but only a slight bit so was sweltering all night
Haven't stayed in a hotel for a long time but booked as last minute normally stay in air bnbs recently. Would love to stay again but considering the lack of air con and no communication before arrived at the cost of £90 odd a night with hardly any sleep would of been the right thing to do before we arrived. Thanks

Fan provided not good enough. Asked better one, not received.

Breakfast was not too bad
TV did not work . Maintenance had to get me another one. Very poor choice of TV channels . No room service menu in room No telephone in room had to walk down to reception to ask for a room service menu . Reception they would send one up to my room . Never came . Nasty looking stain in bath in room 264.

The room was clean, quiet and spacious with charging points and clean towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good with the chefs special eggs benedict being memorable.
A/C was not working in the whole hotel during a hot spell.

Nice clean room. Firm mattresses. Generally a nice hotel.
Booked a room with sofa bed and aircraft view - the hotel said there is a glitch when booking with booking.com that they don’t always see that there is a child on the booking?? Therefore the room I originally booked was not available so we given one with two double beds instead.
The air conditioning was not working. We were told prior to arriving, however; our room was extremely hot. We were provided with one little electric fan which did nothing to cool the room.
The three of us managed to get very little sleep due to the ridiculous temperature of the room.
