The place was fine. The staff were helpful, patient and friendly. The location was good - close to lime street station as well as bold street. The bed was comfy.
The fan in the room was very noisy and sounded a bit like TV static. The TV didn't work well and the shower wasn't great.

The room was a good size, I found the bed comfy, the shower good.
Lack of air conditioning but luckily the room is in the basement so it is not as hot as street level.

Front desk staff were really friendly. Dealt with an issue I had promptly.
Location was really good. Within a ten minute walk of Central and Lime Street stations.
Room was basic but good value.
Wifi worked well.
Safe in room was a nice touch.
Warm in room - perhaps fans could be put in.
Bed was quite small but comfortable.
Shower temperature a little erratic.

Property was clean and staff were very friendly had a room without windows and had a brilliant night sleep, really would recommend this property it was great value for money.
