The staff were friendly. Location was good. The bed was okay. It had coffee making facilities. Access to hair dryer. Good TV.
Shower was dirty, with smelly, dirty water, coming up from the drain. Sink in bathroom was blocked. Floor was dirty. The bedding was not very clean (spider in it) The fan was very noisy. No enough toilet paper provided (but did send one up when asked).

Great central location for a trip to Liverpool and we were pleased with the price we had booked our room for. Even better, when we were checking in we were offered a free upgrade to an apartment, which was lovely.

I didn't like it all the staff attitude at all especially towards people of colour. They refused my partner to check inn because he didn't have his passport with him but had an ID card.
I didn't like the boy that was on duty that very night,he was very rude. It's like he was enjoying separating me from my partner.

Great value staff swapped our room as there was a minor issue and couldn't have been more helpful. Clean and a good location. Wasn't expecting much as it was such good value on a bank holiday Sunday was very surprised how nice it was

There was nothing to dislike. The price was cheap and the staff was lovely and it tells you that there was no windows in rooms

Very clean. Very private. Staff at check in and check out were friendly and polite. Location was great for us.
Shower door was a little sticky. Bed was very low.

Staff were amazing. Our train was cancelled and we were travelling from Glasgow. We got there super early and they let us into the room. Lovely central hotel. If coming back to Liverpool will def book again ✨
