The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable is that the room didn’t have a window. But I knew it when I booked it, so it wasn’t a problem.

Nice spacious lounge kitchen combined one chap with a bald head was very friendly very helpful
Wasn’t clean to a great standard splashes up the sockets in kitchen of food, floor felt like it hadn’t been hoovered, pillows had no protectors on them to which u could see the dirt on the pillows through the pillow cases, cutlery draw was dirty hadn’t been wiped through, baking trays were filthy we couldn’t use them One particular member of staff was listening in on a conversation between myself and friend that was about the property expecting a £100 deposit which w have never heard of before usually £1 deposit not £100 which shocked us for her to then comment with a bit of an attitude and turned her nose up No proper parking for the hotel to which then cost a further £36 10 minutes down the road

Stayed here a few times prior to this visit, very friendly staff. Rang prior to arrival to ask for early check in and were very accommodating. Facilities were clean and tidy. Bed was comfy.

it was very affordable in comparison to other properties and is an easy walk to the centre / station it is basic but does the job!
I have stayed here a few times before and always been fine but was disappointed with this tool wifi didn’t work bathroom mirror light broken tiled floor in the bedroom which was very cold underfoot while getting ready room got very hot through the night
