Location
Basement rooms without windows and without proper air circulation. It was advertised‘without window’, however I would expect efficient air ventilation in those circumstances. I was wrong.

Disappointing
Staff were great. Loved the flute pub next door and its not too far to get into town.
People talking loud in the hallway all night on the first night lots of noise from upstairs on the second night so didn't get much sleep overall.

Apartment was spacious and had basic amenities, which was adequate for a short stay.
I stayed at this hotel for just one night. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the staff’s behavior. I found the reception staff to be rude and unprofessional. They took my credit card and even wrote down the number along with the CVV. When I asked about the reason and the security of my data, the response was dismissive and rude, stating that they manage 400 credit cards every day. This made me feel very uncomfortable.

The room was great, much better than expected, with everything we needed. We were told in advance they didn't have any cots available so we're able to take our own.
The rooms were really hot. The shower didn't drain too well, possibly because the shower was so powerful.

Staffs were really friendly. We had the room without window. Though the room was a little bit dim, it was clean and not humid. The inn is not far from the Liverpool Lime Street station, but is at the opposite direction to the docks. It takes nearly 30 minutes to walk to the docks.
