Who went out of her way to help us, nothing was to much trouble. Will come back.

The staff are very nice all of them perfect especially Sue she’s very kind and got sense of humor if you see her you gotta say suuuuuuuuu
if you sleep at 10 or 11 PM you might hear very loud music outside

The room was clean and the location was excellent. The hotel is located in the center of the city. Its very easy to walk to the train station as well as University of Liverpool from here. The staff behaviour was very good and exceeded my expectations. They were very helpful.
The kettle was not very clean. I asked the staff to clean it and they immediately cleaned and gave it to me.

Location excellent for a night out, or for a show at the Empire. Be prepared for late night loud music til about 2.00 am though. No lift, only stairs to all floors. Home-built beds are comfortable but painful if you catch your leg/foot on them en route to the bathroom, as they are solid, without ‘rounded’ finishing. Otherwise, facilities and hospitality were spot on.
