Slow check in, took over twenty minutes even though no one was in line before us - and we had already completed online check-in.
There was a safe in the apartment but we couldn’t find it until the day we were checking out. Better check-in instructions would help with that.

Great location, very close to many attractions and convenient for getting around.
The apartment was clean and suitable for a comfortable stay.
Overall, a good experience mainly because of the excellent location, with a few things to be aware of.
sound insulation is weak, especially in the bedrooms, so street noise can be heard.
Also, the bedrooms do not have locks, which might be important for some guests.

Location was perfect and the apartment was very spacious.
The two bedroom apartment comes with a pull out couch (ability to sleep six), but the company does not allow six guests in the room. This forces us to book two rooms unfortunately.

It was very warm - needed the windows open all the time or the fan on which was then quite noisy. Bathrooms had some mold. Could do with another set of crockery, glasses, and cutlery

I liked the location. I also liked that there were two separate rooms.
There were no top sheet nor pillow for the sofa bed in the room.
Also, the washer dryer in one unit did not work. We mentioned it to the receptionist on the first morning so it would be fixed by the evening. I also emailed or texted not sure which. When we returned to the hotel the washer/dryer was not working.
The hotel should have fixed the washer/dryer unit on the first full day of our stay. Then we could have used it that night.

Very centrally located, in a relatively new construction building. We were on one of the higher floors and had views of the surrounding buildings and of Liverpool. Staff were nice, we paid for parking in the building, it was secure and easy. There were shops and restaurants right outside the door, and not far from some of the museums and sights to see. Apartment was spacious, clean, had all the amenities, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Good pillows.
We only stayed one night which wasn’t long enough. Would come back and stay here. Liverpool was nice

The breakfast was great.
The washing machine/dryer did not work. I was disappointed in this. We notified the desk in the pm of our first day . Then I left an email message with the front desk.
Other then this Cove Paradise was great.
