Only one lift working and the remaining lift was out of order on one evening

Staff were friendly and helpful. Ovation was perfect and living rooms were spacious.
Bedrooms were on the small side, but that didnt matter as living room/kitchen was spacious.

The location was very central for all amenities in the area. The staff very helpful.

Location was perfect, reception staff really friendly. Apartment spotlessly clean. We've stayed in several apartments in Liverpool before and they have been all sorts of awful, however we would highly recommend Cove. Got a lot of space for the money and most importantly, coffee, milk and sugar provided!

Always brilliant here, always come back. The apartments are out of this world and the location is brilliant right in the heart of Liverpool one and a short walk from the docks.
The key card didnt work getting in to the building this time.

Location was good and apartment was very clean.
Poor ventilation in general. Doors to bedrooms cant stay open - no stoppers. window in second bedroom doesnt open at all. Extraction fans in bathrooms dont work well. Kitchen could be better equipped. Area was noisy with construction between 10pm and 6am every night we were there (which is not within the establishments control) but then the internal maintenance started banging at early hours too. All in all very little sleep.

The location is perfect, the apartment was spotless and the staff are very helpful.
4pm check in is quite late as we flew into Liverpool early in the morning.
