This location couldn't be more central. The one bedroom apartment was large, clean & had all the amenities needed for our stay. We were able to get a Parking bay as well & easy access to the accomodation.

Very Good
Well equipped for a short stay and great location with lovely helpful staff.
Interiors of the rooms/services apartments are looking a little tired and needing redecorated, air conditioning and proactive repairs of extractor fans in bathrooms etc

Good
We stayed in a three bedroom apartment which was spacious and had full self-catering facilities (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc) which we used every day. The king size and double beds were big and comfy, although the single room itself was quite small. The main living accommodation had a six seater dining table, sofa (bed), chair and footstool. The TV was modern and you could cast to it. We wanted a "home from home" stay in Liverpool and it met our expectations in that respect.
The apartment was not very clean. The shower in the ensuite had mouldy doors and discoloured grout. The whole place needed a good clean. Substandard workmanship to various parts of it too. The apartment did get very hot (heatwave in June) and the windows don't open enough to give a good breeze. No fans provided. The "wardrobe" facilities in the main bedroom (the one with the ensuite) was very small and one of the drawers contained a safe so only one available drawer. Also, the extractor fans did not seem to work in the bathrooms, so in a heatwave made the rest of the apartment even warmer!

We had a perfect stay here. Adynna was pleasant and efficient. She upgraded our apartment and gave me extra tea and milk when I asked. The room was 110, which was quiet and on a pretty corner. Lots of space and two full bathrooms! Right directly in the center of town with a grocery store just 200 meters down the street. We were allowed to bring our e-bikes into the apartment via the elevator, which was very nice.
We had a bit of trouble with the door across from Starbucks, but once you get the hang of it, it’s fine. Just scan your card and then press the bell. They will open the door right away.

Pleasant
Great location, although no direct car drop off
Would have been nice if there was instructions to have the parking door open once there for luggage drop off
Loud and noisy until very late, cant shut the windows because there are no ACs
Asked for a late checkout which was immediately rejected (chargeable)

Central location in the heart of the city. Although it was in a busy area, it was still quiet.
I cant express enogh how comfortable the bed was, albeit a small double. I was kindly upgr.aded to a 2 bedroom, which was lovely

Location
The unit we were in had an awkward disjointed layout - not very comfortable. Also had the most uncomfortable worn out sofa ever

Interesting location with access to all. Wonderful staff, comfortable space, great view from the 9th floor.
I'd be nitpicking so I'd rather not. Great stay all around, really!

Poor
Loved the location as you are right in the city center.
You have all the utilities to make meals.
Heating was wonderful for the cold nights we experienced.
We paid for parking for a number of days and most of the time despite having paid for parking at £22 per day you were not guaranteed your spot. One night we had just come back from taking our son to the hospital due to a respiratory illness, it was past 2am and our spot had been taken. The person at reception was really not helpful until we asked to speak to the manager. They said they would refund us for the parking which has also not happened.
The room in which we were first placed in had mould in the bathroom, I was staying there with a very young child who days into the trip ended up getting a respiratory illness that led us to taking him to the hospital. When we informed the receptionist of the mould they said they would ‘take care of it’ and I had to press for a room change which the manager then said we could have. He said the room would be an ‘upgrade’ it was the same style room on a high floor however the bathroom did not have mould in it which was a plus.
You are also given a bag which sheets, pillowcases and duvet for the sofa bed. We had to get a new bag because the one that was provided to us had a very big stain on it which looked like it could’ve been dried blood.
Overall a huge disappointment.

Central location. For shopping. It's quiet considering it is in the heart of everything.
Cannot get a taxi up to the door. Not a problem as such at the time as it wasn't raining. Just giving the heads-up to anyone that's thinking of staying there.

Location and proximity to city
Slow check in, took over twenty minutes even though no one was in line before us - and we had already completed online check-in.
There was a safe in the apartment but we couldn’t find it until the day we were checking out. Better check-in instructions would help with that.

Good
Great location, very close to many attractions and convenient for getting around.
The apartment was clean and suitable for a comfortable stay.
Overall, a good experience mainly because of the excellent location, with a few things to be aware of.
sound insulation is weak, especially in the bedrooms, so street noise can be heard.
Also, the bedrooms do not have locks, which might be important for some guests.
