I don't bother with continental breakfast,coffee provided in room which was clean,comfortable and quiet.shower and towelling good.friendly,helpful staff
I booked this hotel due to its good location for my requirements and that it had free parking. However,the car park was too small to accommodate my large van and was full anyway. There was parking on the street outside so it wasn't a problem

Hotel was lovely staff were extremely helpful. Ideal location.
We did have a problem with damp bed sheets. But staff were extremely helpful and fixed the problem very quickly

Location is good. Nothing else was good about the hotel.
Very poor continental breakfast, plastic ham, coffee machine out of order, lift out of order. Hotel is in dire need of renovation. They charge a refundable deposit of £50 for damages....they should be giving people £50 to stay there. No shower gel or shampoo in the shower!

Its ideally located for my trip to Anfield
Since my last stay the offering is now continental breakfast only and no option to eat at the hotel in the evening

Friendly staff , comfortable bed , good location
Lack of hot breakfast, wardrobe storage minimal( 3 hangers) curtains hanging off and hard to close , rusty bar in shower and shower head wouldn't stay up . Furniture could do with updating

i parked my car
i needed to get an early nights sleep ..ie i was woken at 20.00 hrs which i thought was a reasonable time to go to bed with an early start ahead .. drills banging doors being forced open ..complete mayhem ..when i complained they moved or tried to move me to another part of the building..walking with no baggage ..as i had already unpacked.. shambles.. ive tried to be honest and balanced in my answers ..but i would never wish to stay in this place again..if your prospective customers want to risk it so be it on there heads be it ..none stop shouting by other guests through the night ..keep your locks double turned is my advice..one eye open side lights on....
