Very Good
This hotel seems to get some stick but for the rate you pay, we thought it was brilliant. The location is ok, a short drive or bus journey into the city centre. Yes, the hotel itself is dated, but that is part of the charm. Every member of staff we spoke to were absolutely lovely - overall, a good stay and we wouldn't rule out a return visit when we are back in Liverpool.
For the money paid, it was perfectly acceptable so no negative comments at all.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. A nice 'throwback' feel to a hotel with character.
Could have had a little more choice of cereals at breakfast.

Staff helped with our issues and were always friendly can’t fault them, it was cheap as anything and did the job really
Breakfast wasn’t anything special, our room door didn’t lock and while the bathroom was nice it was inside wardrobe doors…

Comfortable room friendly staff nice breakfast,
room on the 3rd floor quite tricky to get suitcases up small staircase as no lifts Top floor only small windows to let the heat out.
