Welcoming Entry Upon Arrival, Providing Good Information With A Sheet, Guidebook And Travel Book. We Were Placed On The First Floor Which A Reasonably Sized Flat For What We Needed. Well Stocked Up On Toiletries And Resources To Cook Yourself As Well As Complimentary Tea, Coffee And Biscuits. The Main Room Was Perfect With Two Nice Sofas. Very Clean, The Balcony Added To The Experience Offering Fresh Air And Some Views Of The City. The Front Bedroom Had An Ensuite Which Was Handy For Privacy And Was Very Well Kept. Easy Keys Drop Off Out Of Hours For An Early Exit. We Were Pleased With Our Stay. Location To The City Was Perfect.
The Beds Were Well Made But Unfortunately The Pillows Had Seen Better Days And Could Do With Replacing. Couple Of The Rooms Had Evident Damp Marks From Maybe A Previous Problem But A Lick Of Paint Would Help It Visually. A Glass Table Also Hiding A Large Damp Patch In The Hallway. The Kitchen Was Clean But Layer Of Dust On The Top Of Fridge, The Inside Was Clean. We Had An Instance With The Cooker Where Turning It On It Tripped The Electrics Leaving No Power, Fortunately We Checked Mains And Rebooted It, This Could Have Been Dangerous And Lead To A Electric Shock, Ideally Need Looking At, But Otherwise It Worked Well For What We Needed, We Had Never Used Fan Oven Either So Maybe Would Be Helpful To Provide Instructions In The Handbook ( Which Was Helpful For The Shower ). TV Was Limited And Fairly Old, Would Have Been Nice To Have Been Able To Play Some Music On Our Stay Or A Few More Channels, But Wasn’t Essential. For A Large Room A Few More Pictures Would Help Liven It Up / Fill It Out More. Felt Very Empty But The Wardrobe Was Perfect To Hang Clothes And Storage. The Window Handle Was Very Loose Which Made Me Feel Uncomfortable Using It At Times. Sleep Overall Was Okay, The Room Facing Inner “Garden” Was Above The Restaurant Below Vents Which Were Very Loud And Disrupted Sleep, As Well As The Door Into The “Garden” Slamming Continuously As People Entered/Exited The Building. Little Simple Things Can Be Rectified To Make The Stay A Little Better As Outlined. The Lift Was Also Very Rattly And Felt Unsafe. Our Apartment We Had Wasn’t Shown In The Advertisement Or Pictures.

This photos was taken years ago. Now, it’s a dirty old apartment. Furniture, carpet are stained and dirty. Cleaning is ok, but too old to be clean.

The location was pretty close to the center so we did not need to book a taxi or take the bus.
The person who to collect the keys from was nowhere in sight, anytime i tried to call for support it rang out, the shutters to the car park was locked on arrival so had to pay more money for another parking spot elsewhere, the state of the apartment was really poor; from the light outside the apartment door was broken, broken tiles in bathroom, holes in doors, poor wifi and tv signal were weak, panels under the kitchen sink and dishwasher were loose, chipped kitchen counters and cupboards, exiting the car park the fob did not work it was only by chance someone was driving in was i able to leave, when i complained when i gave my keys in they barely seemed to care and gave a superficial apology and nothing else even another customer had the same issues as me when checking out.

The property overall was good. Decor was a little spartan, but we were just looking for a base so it suited our purpose.
Shower screen door would constantly spring open soaking the bathroom and one of the bedrooms didn't have functioning closing mechanism. Both minor irritations against what was overall a very nice stay.

Location was excellent and staff couldn’t fault!
The apartment was a little tired, WiFi didn’t work, furniture could do with upgrading but didn’t affect our stay and wouldn’t put us off booking again.
