Best location- close to public transport, Liverpool city centre, walking distance to enjoy everything in Liverpool. Personally- Great choice of toiletries from France from my favorite brand. I hope they continue to hold them.

The hotel is in the centre of the Liverpool busy area. All restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. The room was quite and had no noise from outside.
Small items that could be improved: - Booked for 4 people, but the second bed was not done on arrival. Had to do it myself - Breakfast is not constant. On two days it was good, on the other two days not. It was personnel dependant. - The policy of cleaning of room every 8 days should be revised. At minimum every 3 or 4 days.

Great location. Even with the bars and party nightlife vibe of Liverpool happening in the streets outside, very quiet inside. Good soundproofing.
Price was hiked up for Halloween weekend which was disappointing.

The location, the rooms everything about it is amazing.
Honestly I didn’t like the fact that the rooms don’t get cleaned on daily basis. Choosing that option could be expensive as well. At least removing the trash and replacing the towels everyday would be a good option.

The location of the hotel is really good with all the restaurants, shops, transport hubs and convenience stores close by. The room size and facilities are good. The kitchenette is adequately furnished.
Room cleanliness is an issue as the room is cleaned either by paying an amount or if one is staying more than 8 days. Also, there is a serious trip hazard - the bathroom door stopper is placed at wrong location that injures toes at least once during the stay. The utensils provided were not totally clean.

I loved the location! The kitchen in the room was great.
I feel like Housekeeping didn't adequately check the room. There were lights in the bathroom that didn't work at all, therefore, I was left in the dark. The towel warmer in the bathroom didn't work at all, either. You'd think before you turn over a room for the next paying guest, everything would be working.

Great location, but poor cleanliness The location is very central, close to major streets and restaurants. However, it's right above T-Central, so it’s quite noisy and busy throughout the day. The room was a good size, but unfortunately on the first floor there was almost no natural light, the windows were very small, and the AC wasn’t working… making it very hot at night. Not ideal if you plan to cook. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon arrival, the room was not clean… sticky surfaces, visible food on the chairs and desk, and it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped. We had to buy cleaning products ourselves just to make the space usable. The hallway carpets also smelled musty. On the positive side, breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, croissants, yogurt, and a coffee machine. Overall, I wouldn’t return unless the cleaning standards improve.

Its my 3rd visit to liverpool and stayed here all 3 visit 1 Location, Facilities and staff. The lady at the reception was wonderful . Met her all 3 visit but i did not get her name.. There were noise from the pubs but tolerable. As my daughter graduated this summer , might not be coming to this city.. Sure will miss it.
No in house parking.. but there are few nearby.
