Location was perfect for what we needed
Room had no real windows. They did offer a complimentary drink for this to be fair, but still the room didn’t feel great.
TV in the room didn’t work so our plan to enjoy a late morning relaxing watching tv in bed was ruined.

Beautiful inside and out. Big rooms, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom area. Beautiful lobby with the most friendliest staff.
Staff knew it was my boyfriends birthday and added extra balloons to our room, a birthday card and 2 complimentary drinks vouchers

The location was by far the best part. Super central, especially if you are there on a Beatles voyage like me and my lady were. Staff was absolutely wonderful and the building was gorgeous. Would highly recommend.
The sink was a little clogged, and it would take a really long time to drain. But we didn't submit a work request or anything, so I can't really blame them, as they couldn't have known. No worries at all.

The price was £187 for one night, and the breakfast there was nothing left most of the time and had to wait for a long time for the staff to refill the food & the coffee machine was serving stone cold coffees

Hotel location, lobby & appointments in room, ease of check in. It's a beautiful old building, and an easy walk to everything I wanted to do/see.
I couldn't adjust the temperature in my room and it was a bit cold (it was December). An extra blanket would have been nice for the bed.

The hotel was comfortable. However there was no cooked breakfast as they had an issue in the kitchen, the sign saying there was no cooked breakfast was dated 3/11/25 we stayed 19/11/25 for 2 nights.That's rather a long time to have an issue!!!! we were offered continental instead, I had toast only as I did'nt like the offering.
I found the rooms dark with poor lighting. I had to ask for toilet paper.
There was no room to leave our cases in the luggage storage on the day we left!!!!! we had 4 hours before our train was due to drag our cases with us, I'm sure they could have been more helpful.

I have stayed at Aloft often over the last few years when I visit Liverpool , my home city, for a day or two from North Wales. It is in a great situation and a lovely building. But the outstanding feature on each of my visits is the staff. I am greeting warmly, and remembered by reception and other members of staff . They are friendly, kind and efficient. The Manager at Aloft , Veli Atici , is outstanding. Always an attentive presence in the hotel who works hard to supervise a good team and an excellent atmosphere for visitors. Thank you so much

The hotel is in an old historical building, which has pros and cons. Although from the map it seemed to be a bit out side the central area, but it in fact very close to the center. The English breakfast was very good and tasty.
There were not many vegetarian options for breakfast.

The room was large, airy and very clean/tidy. The bed was super comfortable. The air conditioning worked!! The room was very quiet. Loved the nibbles and tea/coffee set up.
The mini fridge wasn't cold enough to keep milk and water cool.
