Very comfortable beds and pillows and excellent shower. Despite being so central, room was quiet and all staff very friendly. Great location as well.
There was no fan in the bathroom and the ceiling had a large patch of damp with some mould. Spoilt the look of what was otherwise a smart room.

Brilliant stay and great price for city centre, would stay again and perfect for what we needed! Great to have a fridge in the room and be able to leave bags.
Nothing, parking was offered but we chose a cheaper option of Mount Pleasant

Great location, easy to get to shops, museums and the Cavern and Matthew Street area. The hotel is in the former Royal Insurance building and the downstairs reception, bar area is lofty and spacious. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed, fresh bedding, well equipped, great shower, nice towels and toiletries. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Self service breakfast with plenty of variety. Stayed two nights, good value, generous check out time of 12pm.

Good to see that many of the old Royal Insurance building features have been kept alongside the modern changes
Discounted parking arranged with the hotel
Short walk to Rise in Exchange Square for a delicious Brunch.

One room was below the standards expected especially the room in basement allocated because son was bringing 2 small dogs. Shower was disgustingly.
